The product seems very good. Time will tell but the price is terrific. Delivery a little slow and the price to upgrade to express post is exorbitant. You have to be organised as it is a process to get what you want when you want. But price all but made up for the inconvenience.

Not the best experience although not directly Wellsons fault.
Website easy to navigate and goods dispatched in a timely manner. However, it took another three weeks to actually receive my order as the delivery partner chosed by Wellsons was incredibly incompetent. I did contact Wellsons when my order did not arrive and was told to contact the delivery company as it was out of their hands. I did contact Wellsons once more when my order was finally delivered and registered a complaint which was acknowledged.

The taps were well packaged. They aren't being installed for some time yet but look very good.

Amazing customer service
The customer service I received from them was beyond exceptional. Quick replies, always helpful and super friendly. Haven't used the products yet but hopefully no issues.

Not as pictured
Good prices, fast shipping. Unfortunately the shower was not as pictured. There was a lot more crimping required to assemble the unit. Also they only provide one tap, not two which is needed for hot and cold water so I had to go buy a second at Bunnings.
