Contacting customer service went well, items are good
So, ordered a few things from here, and at one point the norwegian postal/customs system (not weslav!) managed to send the item in return after a month of it doing nothing in the postal system (although that's a story for another review of a different company...)
After having contacted the post service as much as i could on my own i sent customer service a mail with all the information i had gathered that may or may not be relevant or useful, and after a bit of back and forth trying to figure out what exactly was going on, it eventually became clear that it was being sent in return to them. Got a refund, made another order, no issues at all. The mails in return were shorter than mine, sure, but if i can get all the information i need in 3 sentences despite sending a 4 paragraph mail, that's something i appreciate.
