I bought from WCW because they manufacture the windows, yes I had to spend £250 more than the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for. So happy with the look and fit, I would recommend this company without doubt and when I replace my front windows later in the year I will be using them once again.

Very good quality door and glazing, excellent customer service, polite and tidy installers and helpful sales team (helpful without pushy sales pitch). From start to finish I would recommend West Country Windows.

Great service from first phone call to actual installation. Friendly, professional, and helpful - we needed to replace a totally rotten wooden window which had to look identical to the other (non-rotten) windows - and the window looks great; only wish we could justify having the rest of the windows replaced! Fantastic service , yes I had issues with a previous installation in 2020 with communication and delays but that was down to Covid having a knock on effect with everything. But this time was 10/10 and the fitting was just as great as the first time . This company keeps going from strength to strength . Highly recommended

The service was excellent. Although the initial turnaround time quoted was 3 months, I was surprised to see them contacting me sooner and get the job done within 2 months.

Customer service is non existent.
We have all windows and doors fitted by this company in October 2023.
The installation was very successful and the guys that installed the windows and doors were very good however, there are some issues that remained unresolved until now - 3 months on.
I have been sending emails regularly every week asking for updates however they have been ignored. I even called them last week - the guy that picked up told me they tried to call me (which was a lie) but could not confirm the phone number they tried to call.
We have been so disappointed while dealing with this company- seems that the product they offer is decent but unfortunately there is no aftercare and no customer support at all.

Had a composite front door from WCW to replace a 30year old UPVC item, the difference is remarkable, much more solid and better constructed. Craig the fitter was very tidy, conscientious and precise, taking his time to ensure a perfect fit. The fit was originally all planned in for two days prior to the actual fit but I had to ring in to find out where the fitter vwas only to be told they couldn't make it that day, shame as I had swopped arrangements round to be in. However apart from that hiccup we are very pleased with the final result and Craig cleaned up thoroughly before he left.

Excellent service . A couple of small points quickly and pleasantly rectified. The windows and door look great and it’s a relief not to have to think about maintaining the wooden ones any more. Thanks.

I’d just like to say how pleased I am with my new conservatory which was installed by Mike and Andy. I couldn’t have wished for better workmen, they arrived on time, kind, courteous, worked thoroughly and tidily. They were a joy to have for the week.
The conservatory itself is of good quality and has added much needed space to my home. Overall I am very satisfied and would happily recommend you to anyone thinking of having a conservatory.

Just had a lovely conservatory built to the rear of the garden which has a proper roof on which is light weight . What a lovely job the whole team did we are so pleased with it and have a 25 year guarantee which will see us out !!!! Lol.

I had a full house of windows from WCW recently and I am exceptionally happy. At the initial appointment I was shown examples of types of windows, grains and colours. The surveyor was friendly and efficient and the actual installation was a breeze. The fitters were polite and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I have also noticed a dramatic difference in temperatures inside and safe to say my curtains don’t move in the draft anymore!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company in future. Thank you for making such a big job so easy.

Ordered my conservatory in May, told it would be installed in September. It’s now Middle of November and no sign of the conservatory.
No communication from the company at all. Their customer service is the worst I have ever witnessed.
They say they will call back but never do.

Excellent install but very poor customer service when requesting a service call leave messages and they don’t reply once said it was our fault for not able to request a device on line, told they will call on Friday weeks ago this hadn’t happened hope we don’t have these issues for the next 11 years, why give a guarantee if not going to honour it?

Five years after West country windows fitted under floor heating built a conservatory and fitted an electric garage door we have had problems. Gave up asking for them to fix issues as there communication is awful. I have had experts in to fix the mess ups and every time they are shaking their heads at the bodge job they made. Please please please do not use them.

Our conservatory was erected almost three years ago. There were problems but eventually got sorted. However since September 2021 we have tried and failed to get a faulty door repaired. It won't shut properly so can't be locked and so a security issue. Filled in repair form so many times, even spoke to sales but nothing. Hope you don't have problems with your work. Not interested afterwards.

Terrible communications with this company. Ordered my windows, front gutter and fascia and a door porch back in Feb 21. The windows finally got fitted at the beginning of Sept and I'm still waiting for them to finish the job at the end of October because the salesman didn't put the gutter and fascia on my order form... and I did ask about them everytime I rang to chase when everything would be fitted and I was assured they'd been made!
Even had the door porch sat in my conservatory for five weeks... it's not small.
