Their service & delivery was great.
Their communication was great in locating the JD part I needed. I know I am not alone in experiencing the problems of very limited supplies of JD parts. A Western employee went out of his way to not only locate a scarce attachment, but as soon as I ordered it he made sure it was shipped timely and I received it the date they said it would arrive. I found Western when I watched one of their instructive You Tube videos on installing JD attachments. They offer new customers a discount on some orders. Nice place to do business with.

Excellent team. Good communication, my packages were on time, no delivery charges, nice notes in packages from employees AND a free hat. Competition said they could not completely finish my order AND delivery charges would be an astronomical $274!

The Corn Head grease I ordered was easy to order on line. I received my shipment very quickly even though it was close to Christmas season. Product was what I expected and Items were packaged well. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Response great Shipping needs work.
The response to the order was great but the package was too large for so small an item and it had to be put in an over size box which took several days because of p. o. was closed for holidays and weekend.

I have to give them props. I ordered an item paid for 3 day shipping and they emailed me next day to let me know it was not in stock and there was an issue with the manufacturer. Came late, but as soon as they had it they shipped it right away and I got it in 4 days. Can’t complain was here in time for Christmas and it’s the only thing my son wanted
