Refund for cancelled show
Asked for a refund for a cancelled show Dirty Dancing, got a reply for a refund within 3-5 days, two weeks later, no refund, now they are ignoring my emails, also my contact form on the website.

I booked a ticket for a show, then days later I couldn't find the confirmation number anywhere! I contacted the guys at West End Theatre, and they sorted it all out for me, and resent my booking info. One of staff - Paul I think his name was - was really helpful. Thank you!
West End theatre not very helpful. They said they couldn’t help. I’ve been trying to book Access (disabled) tickets for Dirty Dancing at the Capital Theatre at Westfield London and they aren’t responding. In desperation I contacted West End theatres for help but they said they couldn’t help. I still haven’t managed to make my booking

Just to aware everybody who will purchase the tickets from this provider, be careful and double check your tickets before the payment as they are non - refundable ( you must buy extra protection for this reason) and you wouldn’t be able to exchange them to another show and / or theatre. I’ve bought the tickets by mistake; we cannot attend this show – lost of £64 - Booking Reference: SLL58800

The service was excellent! Luke went above and beyond to answer my questions and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout.
I somehow purchased three tickets instead of two, one ticket was seated well across the theatre from the other two. I called as the mistaken ticket was also still on sale on their website (I sent proof of this). They refused to refund, refused to move the ticket to at least be seated by the others to offer to a friend at the very least, they were just so unhelpful. Wouldn't help over the phone everything via email but a no response email. I don't know if the error was their site or me during purchase but seems maybe both at fault. The show was great but I wouldn't purchase using this site again, there's many sales websites that I'd hope have better customer service.

It was my daughters first time seeing Phantom, so a beautiful theatre & cast made it wonderful. Also had a problem with emailing the tickets & staff quickly fixed the problem once they received the email request.
I couldnt find my ticket as I had entered the wrong email and they were very helpful and promot in helping me. They also followed up.
They never respond to your queries. I received an electronic ticket months ago with no confirmation e-mail and no details on the ticket. I requested a confirmation e-mail a few times and received nothing from them.
