I recently opened my own business. I purchased many supplies from different vendors including Western supply. one item was a 40 or $50 scale to weigh yourself meets with. within the first week, the scale fell to the floor one time. the scale would no longer calibrate. I spoke with Joel, who told me that he couldn't replace it or give a refund because I broke it. I tried to convey to him that it should be assumed that in its life, a scale would probably fall to the floor at least a couple of times and for its price point should survive at least one drop. he then insulted me by comparing the scale to an Xbox, and that if I had purchased an Xbox and it had dropped and broken, it also wouldn't be covered. I immediately stopped him right there, and just walked out of the store for the very last time. a scale is not an Xbox, and they should not be compared in any way. I am grateful that he showed me the real kind of customer service they provide, and for all the money in the world will no longer shop at western, or accept that kind of response from somebody who I hey to care for me in my business. I will forevermore be spending my harder dollars at bargreen ellingson, Cash & Carry, online or anywhere else else!

Wes and Ronnie converted our Winnebago into Thai Co the Iron Wok Mobile kitchen. The results were what my wife wanted and even better than expected. Our customers have raved about her food, but also about how impressive the truck looks. Great Job to Wes and his whole crew.
