At this point I can only rate the ease…
At this point I can only rate the ease of purchase and the delivery which were both very good. Since the package is very heavy I will not open it for about 2 weeks until my contractor comes to fit it. Then I will really know if everything is as it should be.

Good quality wood loo seat ,this was a replacement for an original seat which was fitted along with matching toilet bowl 2017.Unfortunately the metal hinge had sheared off so was no longer functional.Obviously the price had increased,but this product was the only appropriate option as we wanted it to be a perfect fit

Thoroughly professional company at all times.
The Bristan shower mixer tap was perfectly delivered. Unfortunately, due to a stupid mistake by me, it had to be returned. The trouble this caused me was entirely my own fault and the company thoroughly professional at all times.

Ordered a toilet seat. It came as described and was of good quality. Delivery was a little slow, but was kept informed by the delivery company throughout the process.
