First class response and information. It’s always a nail biting time when you are making a new-to-you online purchase. Whilst pondering wether the product I was contemplating buying matched the quality I was looking for, I dropped a quick note to Westside asking for them to tell me a bit more as photographs don’t always tell the full story these days. I received a quick reply that covered all of my concerns in tailored detail to my line of questions. It was a brilliant and clearly interested response. I placed my order the same day. The product arrived as per the lead time and was perfect. Very very pleased indeed. I’d definitely shop here again with confidence. 😊

Better price than other sites
Ordered a bath screen to replace one which was too short for my 6 foot plus son (should have thought about that when we refitted the bathroom). Price was very competitive, ordered on a Sunday, confirmed on Monday and arrived Wednesday. Well worth the money.

I dealt with a lady called Gemma
I dealt with a lady called Gemma, who was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable about the product.
Sorted any issues I had with the warranties by speaking directly with Bristan, including the product itself as we were replacing the 1901 shower (issue with cartridge) with an updated version.
1901 shower and larger head replacement head were ordered on the Thursday and delivered on the Saturday of the same week, which Gemma also organised.
Brilliant service by both staff and company, delivered everything as promised.
Unfortunately, still in boxes, as awaiting plumber to fit, which should be this week.

A good company to buy from.
The website was easy to navigate. The shower enclosure was a good price and came quickly. When I had a problem with one part of the enclosure, I was able to easily speak to them, and it was quicky dealt with and a new part arrived by post.
