Terrible Communication and Nonexistent Customer Service
I’ve bought their shower panels before from Bathcentre with no issues — but the vanity worktop unit has been a completely different story.
I ordered a vanity worktop on 1st September 2025 through one of their retailers. Since then, it’s been nothing but delays and excuses. There was zero communication from the supplier, so I ended up making daily calls to the retailer, who did their best to chase them for answers. After two months of promised delivery dates that never materialised, I finally cancelled the order.
Trying to contact the supplier directly was a nightmare. Their customer service line rings endlessly until it times out and hangs up. The only way I managed to speak to a human was by pressing 0 during the ringing tone, which seems to redirect you to the trade line. When I did get through, I was told, “The items are always in stock, so you shouldn’t have any problems,” followed by, “You’re an end user, I’m not allowed to talk to you.”
An absolutely frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. If you value your time and sanity, avoid ordering from them — their customer service is practically non-existent.
