Whataburger Avis 139

My first and last visit to this establishment was today, and I was thoroughly disappointed. The wait was inexcusably long, and the food was of poor quality. As the sole customer in line, I expected a more efficient service. The fries were lukewarm, the burger was not satisfactory, and it was excessively covered in mustard, despite my explicit request for no cheese and I did not request extra mustard. The overall experience was disappointing. I do not intend to criticize the establishment unduly, but I expect a certain standard of quality and service, especially from a fast-food establishment.

This is by far the worst burger I've ever tasted! It was dry and had no taste at all. I'm use to burgers at Five Guys, which I think are the best, but WhatABurger is a place to avoid. I have a coupon for a free meal, which the store refused to honor, saying not all stores give the free burgers. I have eaten a numerous fast food stores, some better than others, but never have I had such a horrible tastless burger as a WhatABurger.

I came by on Thursday morning and I was having a bad day didn't know if I was going to make it and then this young lady Ms Kay some encouraging words that made me realize that I was some special thanks Ms Kay and may God bless you...

I got my drink and in my drink was gnats.The waiters yelled at me for taking off the cheese of my cheeseburger. I complained to the manager and was kicked out of the restaurant. This place is an insult to fast food restaurants everywhere. Never go, save your life. Absolutely terrible.

The Whataburger on nine mile road in Pensacola rates a 10. The manager cares and runs a tight ship. The employees are polite and friendly and service is great. Store is clean. If the make a mistake they own it and apologize. We drive extra to go to this location.

We stopped at Whataburger in Kernersville for a burger. We were surprised that the burgers came out so quickly. The reason for that was quickly made obvious. The patties were not made to order as advertised but were warmed over. Very disappointed by that.

Did not give me a big Mac

Went to Whataburger and took in a Whataburger 75-year cup. As soon as I was going to get a serving I got yelled at" No Refills" No you cannot do that." No Refills" I was going to eat so I wanted to use my cup. Nope I did eat but I did not use my cup to be friendly to already too much trash. I was trying to be kind as always. Nope this time I got yelled at "No Refills. So, I will not eat at Whataburger anymore. You can see me at Burger King as well as Mighty Fine. So, I hope to see you there. thank you. I went to the store 710 ( I used to work there) the lady who took my order was nice to me but I couldn’t get my discount yea I don’t work there no more but my friend works there and I know friends and family can get a discount if they have some one there working ( I did my friend is one of the current managers and was on the clock) back to what I was sayin the op Raquel was getting upset that I was getting a discount and didn’t let me get it then proceeded to say if I did get the discount she was gonna charge me again . I don’t mind paying full price but I should’ve got a discount because of my friend. like I said before I used to work there and I know some of the people there . I was tryin to talk to a worker who recently got into her dream college. All i was trying to do was congratulate her on getting in . I didn’t stop her from workin nor did I take to much of her time (she has mastered working and talking at the same time )however once again the op Raquel got upset and told us both to leave each other alone so I couldn’t even congratulate the worker for getting into her college . Other then that the food was good just didn’t like the service I had got even though I used to work there

I order online for delivery. Consistently my orders are missing items. Whatabuger refuses to send the rest of my order. All they will do is give me extra points. All the points in the world are worthless when I don't get what I ordered.
Today they cancelled the chat.

What a joke of a fast food burger place. The staff is rude, slow service, and food was cold and tasteless.Not worth the value l Plus, the dumb moron orange piece of shit visit one recently in Texas. Trump has no taste in food. He thinks he get poison if he eat any where else than fast food. He did the same old thing …saying he bought the staff and people in the restaurant food. Bull show us the receipt. The pig even served the Gold medal men’s hockey team McDonald it was cold and old. You think with the world class chiefs in the White House he served them better food. He is a pig and no taste. Like he ever worked in fast food. Ohh yes he made fries at a McDonald’s which was closed and staged. He eat like a pig two Big Mac two fish sandwich, super size fries and an extra large shake. Hope he gets a heart attack. We be so happy including the world. Like he knows what it like to live paycheck to paycheck. Boycott this company. Good some where else to eat.
