Great experience. The two boards I got came out amazing. Will def be ordering more as soon as the old school cruisers are back in stock!!!

I have seen a few reviews with people complaining that they never received their board. I do not know what happened to those people. I can only assume that the board arrived later than they expected and they never fixed the review after the board did arrive. If you are like I was, and are hesitant to place an order because of the negative reviews, I would say don't be. The board will take a considerable amount of time to arrive in the mail, but that is because of it being custom made, and because of the current pandemic. They even address this delay on their website. I contacted support numerous times during the whole process, and they were extremely helpful and responded very quickly. When my board finally arrived, I was blown away by the image quality as well. I held my expectations a little low because I truly had no idea how the image would turn out, but it looks just as it did on the website, and I am very pleased with it. Personally, I will be ordering from this website again in the future.

I was skeptical at first, looking for a website that could trustfuly print a design you chose and have it look nice, onto a board that isn't just a Wal-Mart board, and WhateverSkateboards definitely delivered.

The variety of starting options are nice, Customer support is very quick to reply.

They will send u the skateboard, but they only work 4 hours a day and have a lot of boards requested so it will take a while for them to send u everything because they don’t work that long.

I read a lot of bad reviews, but I got my skateboard exactly at the time they said it would take. The photo looked great and the board is very nice quality. The price was decent for a custom board, but I love it and it'll make a great gift.

Excellent image quality and color reproduction. Only issue is that I didn't receive any order or sipping updates via email.

You guys are amazing!!! Not only was the process easy, but you got two custom boards to me in time for my kids birthday! And they look phenomenal!!! The quality of the pictures are exactly what I was hoping for thank you so much!

Ordered 4 weeks ago they don’t answer emails and just take your money!

Ordered two griptapes and after paying an insane amount in shipping fees (40 bucks) now six month later they're asking me for more money to resend it because they shipped it to the wrong address...

I've been asking for a refund. They are completely ignoring it. This is a complete fraud don't buy anything here!

Just ordered! Feeling good although there are some bad and good reviews I'm a little scared but excited to hopefully see my brand new beautiful deck!

I Oder my skateboard on 24th of January yet get a tracking number or update on we’re my item is or money terrible

Only problem I had with the setup was the size of the grip-tape.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever as they completely messed up my custom deck I ordered and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault and wouldn’t remedy issue. No returns no refund not their fault. Garbage for a Canadian company. Not happy at all. Don’t use them.

Complete rip off they took my money and just kept emailing me saying it was in production like I was uneducated it has now been two months and I haven’t gotten an email in about two weeks. Janine is the name in the email

This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered a custom grip tape April 4th. My credit card was charged the same day. It is now May 15th and I have not received anything. I called numerous times and emailed, trying to find out where my order is. On May 1st I received an email saying they were so very sorry for the delay and gave me a tracking number. Fifteen days later, when trying to track my package, it still says label created and waiting for pickup. Whatever Skateboard has no intention of sending us anything. They got their money. Stay clear of this place! Thankfully, our credit card company is going after them.

Very disappointed with the service I have received. Placed my order on 1/27/19 still no board and no date as to when I will receive it. I keep getting these crappy emails saying it will come and Thank you for my patience meanwhile it is 2/25/19 and I am still out $86. I am going to file a better business bureau complaint maybe that will at least get my money back.

Purchase the board, pay extra for expedited shipping stating that this is a gift. 13 business days later they can not tell me where my order is or when it will be shipped. It appears that they do not make these boards, that they are a middle man, the label was created in Canada... maybe this is why they can't give a straight answer on my order. Part of their customer service response was to send me a tracking number that has stated "label created" for 4 days. I get late night responses only, each stating they are trying to check with production on the status. No one answers the phone (except the paid service that takes messages), no one actually calls back. AVOID

Awesome customization options and really catored to the specific desired look for the Grip Tape I ordered. One of the best options out there.
