Whax Avis 

I ordered a green leaf tomato candle on 18th January but I haven't received this or heard from Whax

Was told my candle would be delivered in2-5 business days. It’s been 8 so far. Still no candle.

Received diffusers on 29/11/24 - fabulous products so l have to say it is well worth the wait and frustration caused by :-
No goods received nor explanation why the delay after 10 days of placing order.
Two emails sent to query this but no reply or interest shown by company.
Payment taken but customer left wondering what's going on.

I ordered 4 room sprays on 17 October 2024 and have still NOT received my order. I have sent 3 emails requesting where my order is and have had no reply. I have telephoned the landline 5 times however the number does not even connect. Please can someone reply to me or refund my credit card ? Thank you.

I so love the fragrance of your candles. They make my house smell lovely. And it’s lovely you’re not far from me. I love supporting local businesses.

Pleased with purchase.only niggle is the spray isn’t very good as it has to be pressed quite a few times to release the scent

I ordered several items three weeks ago and they never arrived. After a short initial response to one of my enquiries, customer service fell silent. Avoid.

Beautiful fragrances and lovely presentation.
Arrived a little over packaged but very safely and on time.
Perhaps a little on the pricey side.

A little late in arriving but goods great

Bought a diffuser from Labels, bottle said Lime Basil and Mandarin but smelled nothing like this, was more of a horrible oudh smell. Contacted Whax but noone was interested in refunding the product saying Labels was nothing to do with them. I had bought this product before so know that it did used to smell like described.

Great product and superb service. I would not hesitate to buy from Whax again.

This is truly a great company to deal with. I ordered a tomato leaf candle from them as Jo malone has stopped doing theirs in an affordable capacity. Although the fragrance of the candle is not the same nor is the price and I was very happy with my purchase and even more impressed with the customer service I received. Great job

I’ve used the Whax hand sanitiser gel before, I like that it does not leave my hands feeling dry. I also like that I believe, I could be wrong, that since my initial order in the first UK lockdown, the price has gone down not up. Whax are my go to company for hand sanitising gel and I see no reason not to continue using them going forward
