I was given a price and agreed to that
I was given a price and agreed to that. I was told who would pick it up. They never scheduled so I called as instructed and after a few phone calls a time was scheduled and they never showed for pick up. When I called wheelsaway back they were of no help.

It started great with excellent respect and communication. Then it dragged for more than a day that the offer might increase. So, I delayed other options. I had to re-ask what the new offer will be, and I was told nothing had changed. If it's not going to change, just let me know. Please don't make me ask if the deal is dead on your end.

Really professional company
Really professional company. They gave me a time period when they would be to house. They didn’t make it in that time slot, but once I called and asked when they were coming. Truck was outside my house within 15 min of that call. Just a very diligent and on point company. I would recommend to any one.

The driver Jose was very professional.
The driver you all sent to pick up my Tahoe was excellent. Jose was courteous and professional. He held a conversation as he worked which is what I look in customer service. The only thing was, I was quoted $400 and my envelope only had $382. But I'm not gonna cry over $18 I just thought I'd mention it.

Don't waste your time
Somehow they had given me a price on a different VIN number than what I gave them. The offer when we were just getting ready to complete it went from 1500 to 500. Wasted a lot of time with these guys and I would not recommend them to anybody
