The wheelchair frame is solid steel and the wheels don't wobble at all. You can tell it's engineered properly, not just thrown together like some of the cheaper ones on the market.

The quality of the mobility device we bought from Whisker Bark was excellent, but unfortunately we had waited too long to try this option. Our Corgi's front legs weren't strong enough, and he actually died less than a week after we received the device. I think that if we had thought of trying this option out even a month earlier, it might have changed the quality of our beloved Corgi's final days.
When we notified Whisker Bark about our Corgi's death, they immediately offered their condolences and also made it easy to return our purchase with a full refund. They sent us a return label, and only $10 was subtracted from our refund, which was totally understandable.

Great product, great customer service

Shipping was fine, but straps and buckles were poorly made, and too long to allow for a good fit in the vehicle. Not impressed with product.

I wanted a back seat protector with a firm floor, and this does it. It fits the back seat of my Honda CR-V very well, and I really like the velcroed openings for seat belts. Overall this works, though I'm not using the side flaps because I find them awkward. I have folded them down, which provides a nice protection for the seats on their sides.

Package arrived 7 days after shipping which is excellent considering the order was placed right before the new year. I actually got more parts than I had expected which is awesome and will make my work much easier!

I love this seat protector! I have it in the back of my RAV with the seats actually folded down so my dogs have the entire back. It fits perfectly in place, and I love the straps that go over the car handles. I highly recommend!

We chose this full back seat cover based on other reviews and loved how easy it was to install. Unfortunately, one of the zippers came off track . When we contacted Whisker Bark they responded immediately and sent us a replacement just as quickly. We are very pleased with our purchase.
