Overall, a great service from start to finish. The sales team, especially Emma, were fantastic and really helpful throughout.

Unfortunately, there was a slight issue when we went to collect our belongings from the Guernsey office. Our things hadn’t arrived yet, and the gentleman who dealt with us was extremely rude and unhelpful. His attitude really let the experience down, particularly as he couldn’t tell us when our belongings would actually arrive.

However, once our things were there, I couldn’t fault the rest of the team. A couple of the lads went above and beyond to help us load the van and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Overall, a great service that was unfortunately let down by one member of staff’s attitude. Thankfully, everyone else we dealt with was excellent.

They were on time and got everything moved within 3 hours and nothing broken, fantastic service from start to finish.

Very efficient, friendly and helpful crew, and it was two difficult locations to collect from and also to deliver to.

Whites were fantastic. They were super efficient and went the extra mile to ensure all our items made it into our new home in a safe condition.

White and co moved us stress free, they were both professional and punctual and moved us out of a difficult property to our new house without any issues! They were very respectful of our property and offered assistance to us whenever we needed

Did not like the man I dealt with on the phone - I found him quite rude in his brusque manner.
Also during the removal one of the men asked me to move boxes in my room to split them into what was going into storage and which were going with me even though I had big stickers on every box stating where they were going!
I would not use them again.

The removal team were keen and in a hurry to go weekend. As a consequence property wasn't disassembled and therefore damaged during removal. Also some heavy and awkward items weren't lifted by 2 people and as a result were damaged. It's a shame as I gave numerous suggestions to slow down.

The team were friendly and helpful in all aspects of the moving process, from quotation to packing and delivery. Not one item was broken and they were happy to come back and retrieve emptied boxes and paper too. Very impressed.

They were very quick and attentive to detail. They asked where everything needed to go instead of dumping it everywhere and we're also very clean

Excellent communication and packing up.

Excellent communication and support whilst organising my shipment and during my shipment's transportation from Guernsey to England then to Cape Town. They organised for my shipment to be delivered to my home in Cape Town by a local company.

All items whether small or large were expertly packed up into boxes. On arrival at my home in Cape Town the shipment was in good order with no breakages.

We had a problem the morning of Contract Court. However the guys waited for us until everything was sorted.

Graham and the team were really helpful and allowed us to add items to our container as we packed up our house. All went well with the delivery to Alderney and only a few items were damaged in transit.
