White & Green Avis 

I bought my 3rd Oxford bed set last week. My 2 previous sets are lovely, especially the wooden buttons.

However, the buttons at the end of the new duvet cover are sewn on the wrong way round and are facing inward. The stitching at the back of the buttons which is visible from the front looks terrible. As my daughter had made up the bed, I didn't notice this until the sheets had been slept in.

I contacted White and Green expecting expecting them to give instructions on returning the duvet cover as I was convinced it was a "second". Their responses however are extremely dismissive and they say the buttons are supposed to be that way!!! Needless to say I won't be buying any more. Please read their responses below.

Me: "Hi Kate, I much prefer the buttons on the outside. It seems very odd to have a decorative item like the wooden buttons facing inwards and not visible. I already have 2 other sets of the Oxford covers which I love and thought these would be the same. I wouldn't have bought these if I'd known there was a change - there is no doubt that the duvet cover looks like it was sewn together wrongly and I won't be buying any more"

Ordered large pillow protectors to fit the pillows I had purchased. Zip came away when putting it on (other three were absolutely fine). Emailed yesterday and received a response today to say they had put a replacement in the post.

Ordered online and they were delivered the next day! Was looking for good quality sheets and was not disappointed with these - beautiful, soft, and luxurious feeling.

I ordered the Aura Collection bed set, I ordered it in Sea Blue as the person who was promoting it for them said it was more grey than blue but when it came it was really blue in my grey room. I never even took it out of its cover cos I knew the colour was wrong so it was as it was sent to me. It comes in a cloth bag the same colour so never took out the duvet cover etc. I contacted customer service asking for details on how to return it, they asked a million questions which i answered ( I feel they don't like when people return items) they then told me there would be €8.99 deducted for delivery! There was free delivery on the item and no where on their site did it state that there would be an €8.99 charge if you sent something back. I was a little suspicious at this stage and I had every right to be! Luckily for me, I took photos of the item before putting them into the An Post official padded envelope and tracked the return. A few days later I got an email from Customer Service saying 'This is very rare but our warehouse has taken photos of how your item has arrived back to us' and a picture of the outside bag/cover ripped with holes in it. First off, It was in one of the big An Post padded envelopes which was doubled up cos it was so big and secondly It was not like that when i sent it back. So I feel this company tried their hardest to not give me my money back and only that I had the photos of how it was returned to them they were going to blame me for the rip/holes ( which i believe is one they have there already and use this for when they don't want to give people their money back)! Based on my experience I would not recommend this company and their Customer Service is very defensive. In fact I was actually going to send back the sea blue and buy the grey one until how they reacted to me getting the wrong colour which by the way they have someone promoting it for them and I went by their recommendation!

I purchased an Aura Kingsize Bed Linen Set last year and loved it so much and I've just bought another one in a different colour. The quality is amazing and feels so luxurious. Shipping was quick and came in lovely eco-conscious packaging, would highly recommend this company.

I would have only compliments and praise for the kind approach to business and me as a real human customer .I experienced fast and effecient courteous service .The white sheet set and matching 70 percent down duvet and cover are so soft and the perfect partner for winter nights .

Had tried many retailers but could not get a fitted sheet that was deep enough for a high mattress. I purchased an extra deep double fitted sheet from this site and it is perfect fit. It covers the mattress really well. Very good quality material too.

I have bought bed linen and also my daughter in the past and it is beautiful. However I bought 4 pillows recently which arrived just before I left on a trip for 5 weeks. On my return I ordered pillow cases to fit the four pillows . I had not used the pillows and when I did put them on the bed ..a King Size bed and King Size pillows they were too big. The pillows were sold as King/Super King so I think I am within my rights to assume they fit a King size bed. They do not. They are too big. I was very disappointed with the customer service and their response. It felt like I was dealing with an AI responder as nothing I was explaining was being heard. I will not be buying from them again.

A split seam in pillow feathers coming out and told outside returns policy and that I must have put pressure on it forcing it to rip and also that I must have damaged it in wash. As pillows only 3months old would not have been washing them. Considering the cost I am extremely disappointed with company reply and doubt if I will ever purchase from them again.

Bought Superking set . Far too big for a superking mattress and duvet. Wish someone had pointed this out in the reviews.

Bought for my daughter as housewarming gift.She requested the brand,and wants white ,white on beds.As parents of two young children,I was wondering about the white decision.Now I have seen them,I think I will be taking the green and white journey too!The quality is amazing.Just gorgeous.I have shown to two friends who also impressed.Bed linen could be the new diamonds!Prompt delivery,no issues hence 5 stars.Odered pillows this morning.Buying from an Irish family business,with an ethical ethos is another positive!!

Terrible customer service, received an email with special offer, then after going through the entire purchase process, the purchase could not be delivered. .. i have spent a considerable sum with this company, over 2500 thousand this year alone, but i will never purchase from them again, ever...

I have a very deep mattress and have never been able to find sheets that actually stay in place. I have bought many brands that claim to be extra deep, but still come off the mattress. As the mattress is so heavy, I find it difficult lifting it to get the sheet tucked in place. I bought the White & Green king size duvet set 2 weeks ago. I am just so happy with them. To wake up in the morning and the sheet is still in place is just fantastic. The material is such good quality and has a silk like feel to it. I washed them today and they washed really well. I love to support Irish and will definitely buy again especially if there is a discount code 😉

Good products, ethically sourced, but my fitted sheets shrank in 30° wash. Very disappointing!

Update: I’ve just received a reply from White & Green, and must admit, I had forgotten about my review. Since writing it, I’ve discovered that the sheets now seem to fit okay after several washings. Sorry if I misled anyone!

Ordered a full set of bedding and a luxury down duvet from White & Green on purchase of a new home. Bedding was second to none, amazing quality 300 thread count - cool, fresh and soft. These ladies know what they are doing

The bed linens are absolutely beautiful to be in, they're so soft to the touch and it feels like a real treat slipping into them every night and then waking up to the lovely feeling next morning. They're excellent quality and though expensive, they wash well and are a genuine treat that feels luxurious.

Plastic free packaging with prompt shipping and delivery are the bonuses which mean I'll hesitate before shopping elsewhere in the future ;)

I've been looking for good quality bedsheets for some time, and White and Green were recommended to me by a friend. I ordered one of their sheets, as well as their pillowcases, and they truly are the best I've ever slept on. I almost immediately ordered a second set, as well as a duvet cover and some towels.

I've made a total of three orders now, every single one was promptly shipped the next day, and arrived 1-2 days later (I'm based in Ireland, same place they ship from).

I've had them all for about a month now, and I'm still just as happy. I don't know how they'll hold up over time, but I have no reason to believe they won't stay great, everything seems very well made.

These are the very best bedsheets. I have ordered my first set five years ago, a second one shortly after. Now three years later, after a move and a new bed, I re-ordered an entire set including mattress protectors and could not be happier. For a brief period I slept in other sheets and the first night back with White&Green was pure bliss. High quality, good company values, quick shipping.
