They broke our oven

They broke our oven

White Eagle replaced the grill element in our top oven. Only the outer parts of the replacement grill worked and when we asked them to come out and get the whole element working they broke our top oven.

We got the oven manufacture's recommended engineer out who were eventually able to get our oven working again.

In response to the White Eagle reply. It is 7 months since you broke our oven. It has taken that long for the AEG engineers to work out what you did and put it right.

I would really like to get this actioned; however, I do not remember this kind of job in the last few days. We don't have any re-visits or complaints about this job. We always get back to customers if the repair is not fully satisfactory, and we usually get back to them the next day.
Also, I do not fully understand the case. Can you please get in touch with us to discuss?
I can see you also gave AEG one star for this repair, and you complained that it was not fixed by their engineer. It is really hard to take a position on this matter.

Refreshing risk transfer.

Well the thing is this. Risk. Whiteeagle's repair 'model' is such that they have real "skin in the game". They not only turn up on time and pre-text you just before, but come fully equipped and they then take the risk. What am I talking about ? Well the risk of showing up and then incentivised to use their skill and knowledge to fix your appliance- if they don't they take the risk of no charge. It's a refreshing way to do business and to date twice the ingenious Mateusz has called and fixed both an expensive Miele cooker hood (which they wanted a small fortune to fix despite just being outside warranty) and then an inventive repair to the door to our expensive (but not longer available spares) super dooper japanese washing machine. I have no hesistation in commending White Eagle repairs- they take the risk.

Excellent service

Excellent service – highly recommended!
I called White Eagle Repair when my washing machine suddenly stopped working. The engineer arrived the same day, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had the part replaced on the spot. The van was like a mobile workshop — fully equipped and professional.
