Scam broker. I deposited $100, made a small profit, and requested a withdrawal. After more than one week, I still have not received my money. My account manager blocked me first, then later said there was "hedging," but I never received any official email or proof. Live chat keeps saying I will get an email, but nothing happens.

Avoid this broker. Do not deposit your money here. Very bad experience and unprofessional support.

White Forex operates in a way that suggests they only allow you to profit if it serves their interests. As soon as you make a significant gain, they move the goalposts, claim technical violations, and steal your hard-earned profits. They are not a transparent broker; they are effectively scammers who will seize your money without accountability.
Do not trust this platform with your capital. Save yourself the stress and loss—find a regulated and reputable broker instead. I earned almost 3600$ in news treading they canceled my withdrawal almost 3 days gone and say you are a scalper what if you lose your money ok if you earn money they said you are unethical trader

So i deposit 10$ in which 1$ was the fee and i should recieve 9$ and they refused to deposit my 9$ after recieving my money. They said minimum is 10$ deposit and when i asked to give me back my 9$ they said we will not. Its like punishing someone for depositing 9$ and now those 9$ they stole from me all proofs available

I deposited funds with WhiteForex and have been completely unable to withdraw my money. When I submitted a withdrawal request, they did not process it and stopped responding to all my messages and emails entirely. They gave no valid reason for blocking my withdrawal. Their registered address is Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia — registration number 00475 — but there is no real regulatory protection for clients. This broker is operating as a scam. They accept deposits easily but block all withdrawals without explanation and then go silent. I have screenshots of my deposit, withdrawal request, and their lack of response as proof. I am also filing complaints with FIA Pakistan Cybercrime Wing and SECP. I strongly warn all traders: DO NOT deposit with WhiteForex. This is a withdrawal scam.

False Allegations: They canceled my $351.30 profit claiming "hedging/scalping." I have proof that my trade (XAUUSD) was open for 10 MINUTES (from 13:55 to 14:05). This is NOT scalping or unethical trading by any definition.
Holding Initial Deposit: They sent an email saying I could withdraw my $300 deposit, but my withdrawal has been PENDING for 8+ hours. They are ignoring emails and their Live Chat is permanently offline.
Unethical Business: They wait for you to make a profit and then invent fake rules to steal your money.
I have all the screenshots of my trade history and the pending withdrawal. If my $300 is not approved immediately, I am reporting this domain to their liquidity providers and regulatory authorities.
I put withdrawal on April 06,2026 but now they makes false allegations.

This company blocked me from withdrawing my deposit and profit. They later approved the withdrawal only on the dashboard but on the systems they never approved it, I've waited for my withdrawal for 2 months and 3 weeks till to date but it never showed up. This broker is a big scam. Never deposit a single scent with these people as they are dangerous, their support doesn't respond to queries except when you ask about the deposit process only

Worst Customer Support ever received from any company. I funded my account via card payment and now I am not able to withdraw because card payment is not listed for payouts. several times contacted with chat support and there is a same person telling me same BS everytime that there is no issue from there side. Also raised a support ticket which goes to same person and with same answer. its been more than a month now and I can't figure out how to withdraw my money. AVOID - AVOID - AOVID

I traded with White Forex and made genuine profits through 10–15 minute trades. After I requested withdrawal, they removed my profits, claiming it was “scalping,” even though I followed proper trading practices. There was no clear rule violation mentioned beforehand.

Customer support is based in Pakistan, and the broker also appears to operate from Pakistan. Instead of providing proof, they simply deducted my profits. This behavior seems highly suspicious and unprofessional. I would advise traders to be very careful before depositing funds.

I had a very disappointing experience with this broker.
After trading and making profits through normal trades, my mamber profit was removed from their accounts without a clear and satisfactory explanation. I contacted customer support multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue properly, I received unclear and inconsistent responses.
As someone who runs a trading community and recommended this broker to others, this situation has seriously damaged my trust. Transparency and fair treatment are extremely important in trading, and unfortunately, I did not experience that here.
I request the company to review my case properly and provide a clear explanation supported by their official policy. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot confidently recommend this broker to others

$8,000+ Confiscated, No Evidence, No Response

This is one of the most disturbing experiences I have had with a forex broker.

White Forex deducted over $8,000 from my trading account and accused me of “external hedging” / “manipulative trading.” I completely deny these allegations. I traded manually and requested clear proof of any violation.

To date:
• ❌ No trade logs
• ❌ No timestamps
• ❌ No system evidence
• ❌ No written explanation
• ❌ No response from compliance

I emailed support and the complaints department multiple times and opened an official support ticket — no reply at all. Even worse, when I try to resolve this through their website, customer support repeatedly closes the live chat instead of addressing the issue.

This behavior raises serious concerns:
• Funds are removed without due process
• Allegations are made without proof
• Communication is ignored
• Support actively avoids engagement

I joined White Forex through an Introducing Broker and trusted the platform. Unfortunately, this experience shows a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and client protection.

Until White Forex provides:
1. Verifiable evidence of wrongdoing
2. A clear explanation
3. Restoration of my funds
—I cannot and will not recommend this broker to anyone.

This platform operates in a misleading and unethical manner. Clients are encouraged into high-risk trades that result in losses. After reporting the issue, I recovered my funds, but I would not recommend this service to anyone.

i lost my 5400, it says i breach the contract because of fast scalping, it's very funny, also they nullify my whole funds without any valid reason, it is waste of money, stay away of this scam broker.

There is millions of brokers… and White forex isn’t the one.
*Absolutely 0 support and when there is they don’t talk professionally (feels like I’m chatting with that didn’t go to school)
*Delayyyyyys… I waited for weeks for <50$ withdrawals. It is insane and they ban as soon as you make profits.
Do absolutely NOT trade with them, they blocked my 80$ profits because of “unhetical behavior”, it is alright.

This broker is a scam broker. Deposits are easy but when you withdraw your funds and profits, it withheld your funds. No support or nothing responding. Funds gets stuck when you deposits your funds. Dont trust this broker. Stay away from it.
