Fabulous service from start to finish! Paul is so kind and helpful and makes the whole process simple. The lads that came on the day were brilliant, really friendly and respectful, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had to wait for hours for the sale to complete but Bailey told us not to worry about it, as soon as we got the keys they cracked on with unloading the vans and got us moved in quickly. Would highly recommend White Rose!

The whole move process by White Rose Removals was brilliant, the only thing in the whole house sale/purchase process that went exactly as planned. We were very impressed with White Rose Removals and would highly recommend them. The quote process was simple and quick, and was very competitive. We used their packing and dismantling service. The team, led by Dan, were all great. They were very professional and treated our belongings with respect. Everything was boxed and packed on the wagon in good time. The 2 guys who traveled down on the day of the move worked their socks off. The wagon was offloaded and furniture rebuilt in the time scale agreed. They definitely earned their money. It really was back breaking work. Everyone at White Rose was so helpful, professional, respectful, and worked hard. The communication from Paul was great too, being kept up to date with everything. The whole process went to plan.

The quotation process was simple, send a video of each room, and didn't require booking a visit.

On the day, Joe and the team arrived early and went straight to work. Our 3 story house was meticulously moved into 2 lorries. Spirits and energy levels remained high even though it was 31 degrees.

TVs, glass furniture, mirrors, picture frames were packed on the day by the team (packaging provided) and handled with great care. Joe's experience was very useful when dismantling a glass dining table, his solution was just right.

The team were outside the new house before we had the keys, no time was wasted.

I had printed a floorplan and also taped room names to each room, to help the team identify where marked items were going. When unsure, the team asked where unmarked items needed to go.

Otherwise, they cracked on at speed and left us to the cleaning etc

Excellent service, especially compared to a bad experience I had with another company last year. This company is friendly, responsive to changes and highly professional - BAR standards. They laid mats to protect flooring & stairs, provided clothing bags to make wardrobe transfers easy, and protective bags for the sofa, etc. The 3-man team worked well together. They know Leeds well & provided a smaller van at my request because of narrow streets/access.

White Rose Removals truly saved the day for us. After being let down at the last minute by another firm, Paul stepped in without hesitation. Despite being busy, he managed to fit us in and provided the full service we needed at a very fair price.

What an absolute fantastic service, they were there through the whole experiance when i got my first moving date which unfortunately got cancelled, the communication was excellent paul was a breath of fresh air on the other end of the phone eventhough it was such a stressful time he made me feel like there was one thing i didnt have to worry about.
Moving day well what can i say again the service was more than i could of hoped for, kev, sammy and fergus were amazing, going above and beyond making sure that everything was collected and put where we needed. We have just relocated from the North to the South by Paul and his team from White Rose. We can’t thank them enough , especially Dan and Mick the two lads that were unloading at our house in Windsor . They were on time and kept us updated . Nothing was too much trouble on site , even when we put the wrong stuff in one room the guys removed it to the right room without complaining. Thank you so much for an excellent job White Rose . Excellent service all round would highly recommend. Really prompt communication and kept us updated with what would happen on the day. Both Paul and the team on the day were extremely helpful and took away a lot of the stress of moving.

Can not recommend enough! faultless from start to finish. Long move from Leeds to inverness and took all the stress of moving away. Handled my many fragile items with care. The team that came to do the move were polite and very professional. The move was over 2 days due to the distance and kept me well informed throughout with ETA's etc. Everyone I dealt with is a credit to the company.

Utterly brilliant from start to finish. Paul originally quoted for our move a year ago, but our sale fell through. When things finally got sorted, he arranged our large move with 2 weeks notice and things couldn’t have been better.
The move was spread over 3 full days as we were moving 80 miles away. Day one was loading day. The team arrived at 8am and got straight to work…..and boy did they work! A second large van arrived mid afternoon to help and at one point we had 5 guys loading!
Next day, moving day, they arrived at 7.30 and soon had the remainder cleared before leaving for our new home.
When we arrived with the keys they had already started unloading plants and garden furniture and they then spent the rest of the afternoon unloading, regularly having to reposition the lorry because of the narrow country lane we moved to.
At 5pm they left and spent the night locally before starting again next morning, finishing late afternoon.
Not once did any one of them complain, sigh, moan or winge. They worked like demons for the entire 3 days, didn’t damage a thing and put everything in the right place.

Would highly recommend White Rose removals. Good communication and coordination with the office making sure everything is arrange and good to go. Nice and clear paperwork so easy to understand what's included for the price unlike some other quotes we had elsewhere. Guys on pack up day were great, straight to it, got done a lot more than expected. On move day, had us out nice and early and when we had keys for new house they were there waiting for us and had more helpers come over so that we were moved in in good time and not running into the evening.
