Don't trust this server or site , this is fraud site , they won't refund or cancel your host if you don't want to use , this is fraud site. don't trust them .they kick you from hosting. Don't buy any plans from here , fake service, worst service I have ever seen .

As if that weren't enough, my server was completely inaccessible for three days, bringing my activities to a complete halt. This week, yet another technical problem arose, demonstrating a flagrant lack of reliability.
The worst part of all this is their customer service, which is simply non-existent. Open tickets go unanswered. In desperation, I contacted them on WhatsApp, where someone replied with a brief "Let me check," only to leave me without any update for over nine hours.
A sincere piece of advice: if you are looking for a serious and reliable web host, run from whitewebserver.net. You will only find a waste of time, money, and a lot of stress. It is impossible to work peacefully and professionally with them. If I could give zero stars, I would do it without hesitation. Avoid this clown hosting at all costs; even if it were free, it wouldn't be worth the time and energy lost.
