Ordered Thursday 8th Mar received 15th March they say order by 12 dispatch for next day this was not the case

Was promised to be notified when…
Was promised to be notified when restock on a certain product, no one got back to me then told me they won’t be stocking again. Then placed an order, got my invoice where half the stuff I ordered was missing. Waited a week for delivery when they promote next day delivery. Kept calling up and all I was told was “let me run downstairs and give you a call back” but never got a call back. Then when finally getting through to someone that was willing to help, I got told in my order there will be a few bits missing. Not satisfied at all. Got told I will get my refund within 3 hours. It’s been over a day. Never will I be using eco vape nor will I be reccomending. I never go out of my way to write reviews, but I am pissed off !

Website is easy to use and shows correct stock levels. Payment gateway simple to use and delivery usually the very next day. In a. busy industry the ability to order online any time day or night is so very useful. keep up the good work guys.
