Whytecroft Ford Avis

Jay was amazingly organized and professional throughout the application process. I never felt anxious or unprepared. Everything was laid out clearly and simply. It was such a relief when dealing with such complex subject matter.

My ILR was approved in 4 weeks with no issues.

I am grateful for his assistance.

My wife and I needed to apply for naturalisation, and our case wasn’t the easiest - Jay was great in helping us navigate all the requirements and ensure we’d build a strong application. After getting our biometrics sorted, our application was successfully processed in less than a month. For us, it was definitely worth getting the full representation service, as we would have otherwise missed some important parts of the application.

Thank you to Jay Singh for helping and preparing my application. I started with a few questions and opted for full representation. That was so easy process, no stress and application approved after one month.
Always nice and available on the phone, I can only recommend this company and Jay to anyone want to apply for citizenship.

Jay Singh of Whytecroft helped with the FLR application for my son and myself. From the very start he gave clear and precise advice. Although our application was straight forward, there were elements of the process we couldn't have handled on our own. Jay made the entire process hassle free and was there every step of the way. After we gave our biometrics, we were very pleasantly surprised to receive approvals from the home office in just 2 days! I am sure this was in no small part due to the meticulous attention to detail from Jay. We will be back for assistance when we are due for the ILR application for sure!

Thanks, Jai Singh for the Wonderful working experience with Whytecroft for the application of the Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card.

Jai Singh is a very experienced professional, In my application, he has given the correct information exactly and clarified it very well all my doughts.

The professional service provided by Jai Singh @ Whytecroft, clearly explained the required list of documents and prepared the application, and submitted and I got the OCI card as per the Processing time.

Thanks, Jai Singh.
Sateesh

We went with the document checking service as the price was reasonable. Jay was happy to answer any questions we had prior to uploading our documents and also on the feedback he had provided us after uploading the documents. We faced one last hurdle before submitting our application to Home Office and again Jay was kind enough to answer our questions. He was easy to reach and very helpful.

We went with the priority service and our application was approved the next day.

If you would like to obtain a visa for the United Kingdom or if you have other problems with your visa, then you should contact them. I really recommend this entity because it helped me get my visa even though my case was quite complicated. I have already applied once for a partner visa, but unfortunately it was denied. For us it was a disaster, but we didn't give up. So, my husband and I decided to apply for a visa with an experienced lawyer and found Whytecroft Ford. Our case was certainly complicated and we worked a lot to gathering the appropriate evidence, my husband is self-employed and also his income was affected by COVID, but our lawyer Mr. Jay Singh has known how to approach it and now we are so happy. We are very grateful for the work of Mr. Jay Singh and if you apply with him it will be the best decision, he is very professional and patient.

I researched a number Immigration lawyers for Citizenship application. After speaking to a few, I found Jay to be more vibrant and knowledgeable. He has a lot of experience which helped me gain trust in his service. During the process, he provided many examples of previous applicants that helped me avoid common mistakes. He is fast in the process and follows up regularly. He follows a process that is not over complicated or too vague. He is very approachable and responds to emails even outside normal hours. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a rich, experienced, comprehensive and high quality immigration service.

We were looking for a Solicitor/Lawyer and a law firm to help us with our immigration documentation and the application. With Mr. Jay Singh and Whytecroft Ford, we found the right professional who helped us with top notch guidance that made it easy and simple process leading to a short and successful application process. Mr. Jay Singh was very helpful, thorough, and methodical with the whole process, was outstanding and always available and ready to help and guide through the confusions, which gave us a peace of mind and the whole process was hassle free!
The service fees when compared to other firms are very reasonable, and compounded with the high level of service, is rightly justifiable.
We were bit concerned at the beginning when we were told that everything would be done via phone and online methods, due to the pandemic . However, we found it to be way easier and more convenient doing it this way , remotely, rather doing it in person and travelling a lot. It definitely was an easy, simple, and quick process for us, made easy by the expertise from Mr Jay Singh which we highly appreciate.
Overall, we would highly recommend Mr. Jay Singh and Whytecroft Ford for anyone looking for a top quality, and helpful professional for easy and thorough guidance with the UK immigration procedures.
Thank you, Mr. Jay, for all the help, support and guidance!

The team is well known for their professionalism. Especially, Mr Jay Singh

I used Whytecroft for a visa application and Jay Singh handled the application. I used the document checking service rather then a full cost immigration solicitor. JKay was very helpful and provided excellent service. The application was successful and this service saved a lot of money, time and stress and the Visa was approved. very well priced package with good advice.

Very helpful. Had to ring several times and was able to speak to the solicitor directly each time who was able to answer my queries.

Great experience working with Whytecroft. Consultant was very proactive, helpful and professional to understand the challenges for the documentation for Indefinite leave to remain process and provide recommendations. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my husband applied for spouse visa extention. Jay singh did full case representaion for us. Highly recommend this service, Jay was very helpful and prompt. We would have not been able to do it all without him. I will recommend it all of my family & friends and will avail the services in future also.

They did a really helpful service
It is much appreciated how they guide us in clear way

I would like to thank Jay Singh of Whytecroft Ford for the excellent service he provided.
I am an Italian national who lived in the UK for 12 years before deciding to apply for naturalisation. I had many jobs and lived at many addresses, which always make an application more complicated. Jay proved himself to be very knowledgeable, professional and patient, guiding me through the process of providing him with the necessary documents and evidence. Jay always replied to my emails promptly. He submitted the application on my behalf and, just yesterday, he told me that it had been successful! We got a reply within 6 months from the submission date which, considering the effect of the pandemic, is very good.
Once again, thanks Jay! I’ll definitely recommend your services to other prospective applicants.

I will very thankful of that firm and solve everything tharough best of very good immigration information. Thanks
