Ok not great
Recipient enjoyed their Christmas hamper but the delivery experience was a total let down. The address was clearly a retirement address but did not use their initiative to double check the apartment number details delaying the delivery so didn't reach it on time for Christmas

I noticed you placed your order on a Thursday—since we only dispatch our cheese gift boxes on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure ultimate freshness (as per the dispatch date you selected), this helps avoid them sitting in a courier depot over the weekend. Unexpected early arrival
