We recently booked a transit chair for our trip to the Isle of Wight. The chair was delivered ahead of our arrival to the reception of our holiday park and it was in perfect condition. We just needed to drop it back to reception before our departure. The whole process was simple and we would definately recommend Wight Wheels and wouldn't hesitate on using them again.

Originally spoke to a really helpful lady on the phone who helped me with choosing the correct scooter to hire for mum whilst at the hotel. Scooter was there as promised, I had been emailed the instructions on how to use it, fold it up etc prior to using it. Scooter worked really well, was in lovely clean condition, was easy for mum to use and was such a great price too. I would definitely recommend using this company, they are so helpful and gives you great peace of mind.

Brilliant, faultless service. We hired a boot scooter after the difference between all the scooters being explained. Communication was excellent with a video being sent for instructions on how to dismantle the scooter, which was so helpful!

Hired a scooter from Ian due to my mum’s health issues preventing her from walking any distance and we wanted to holiday on the Isle of Wight. They explained the difference between a boot scooter and a bigger scooter; the boot scooter looked perfect. Communication were excellent. The scooter was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel, instructions were clear. The scooter was a dream, so much so that my mum’s considering buying her own! We ‘walked’ all down the esplanade in Ryde, went to the proms, garlic festival - all things she would have struggled to do without the scooter. It’s been fabulous, thanks! And really reasonable hire prices too.

My mobility problems have made me reluctant to holiday with my family due to the constraints my condition would create. However, Wight Wheels provided an opportunity to reconsider by using equipment they provide.
From initial contact, they have offered very supportive and professional advice resulting in my hiring one of the “scooters” which has enabled me to fully participate in most of my families holiday activities.

We booked a wheelchair in 2023 and were impressed with the service we received. So we booked again for June 2025. The price was so reasonable.
Sadly we had to cancel our holiday as my father was unable to travel. Ian and Angela were so lovely, they understood how we felt as they were in a similar situation. We were so touched by how kind they were and it made a difficult situation so much better. We would not hesitate to recommend them they offer a first class service and we would definitely use them again.

Excellent service from booking over the phone, to delivery to our holiday location. Great scooters, we hired 2, reliable and well maintained. They easily fitted in our car. We enjoyed touring and getting the freedom that the scooters offered in and around the lovely sites and parks on the Isle of Wight.
Pick up at the end of hire was exactly to our planned time and we could not have been happier. Would recommend.
