Lovely friendly people till something goes wrong this company left me with unrepairable scaring to my eyes he sold me treatment as an endo lift (now says it was vivolift ) also took treatment straight of after my incident pic of me days before second pic is how I went home day of treatment minimal downtime if u read treatment 3 months i couldnt go out of the house because of how horrendous I looked and in sunglasses to hide how i looked I had holes come at side of my eye told me to go down did little bits then did plasma burning on it couple of weeks after i found out few months ago I'm a type 1 insulin independant as it will cause more damage and severe scaring and read that a patictioner should not do this treatment without medical consent form from gp on a type 1 after the burning treatment the scaring started i went back they bluffed me of with skin treatments I requested my medical records and then they ghost you he went into liquidation then reset up as he done before as shows on company's house i went to wigtox sculpt and rejuvenate also name on there site but found out it was under company
wigtox asthetics makeing it hard to claim from a liquidated company he keeps the same name and puts somone else as director he takes no responsibility care or concern for what this has done to me physically or emotionally don't know how you sleep at night carl u have destroyed my confidence to the lowest with my scared face I was told to go public on this to stop it happening to other people
And am seriously considering it as he has no care for the people just the money this treatment was done over a couple of years hence i cant put true date as it only goes back a year so have put date i last ever went as the scars was just getting worse there is more than one treatment that as added to the damage from endo lift and exstreme burning damage and just kept adding giveing me more scaring as he just kept bluffing me with skin treatments saying he'd get My skin right first ( this went on over a year or more hifu micro needleing nothing that helped my scaring saying he was going to do allsorts of things include a special machine from American to fix it none of this happened after that dispite me showing concern for the scaring and was not sorting the damage this was kept up till i requested my records of treatments and consent 3 times and ignored it each time i put a solicitor on case so i could get the damaged repaired got told it might be irepairable then he went into liquidation and set up again in wigtox sculpt and rejuvenate but will be under another company as well so people can't claim when it happens again just wish it would let me put my pics up a consultant I went to see was horrified by what had happened to me through there treatment to me deffinatly deeply look into there background and reviews

The place should be shut down!
Obviously the 'good' reviews on here I trusted in blind faith are lies or bought and paid for blocks from those hooky pay per review companies because there was nothing professional or safe with the treatment I recieved!!
Absolutely shocking the mess they made of my face with filler and botox! I looked like an experiment gone wrong! You could even see and feel my main vein pulsating inside my lips they were so overfilled! 15 syringes of various stuff Carl pumped into my face, alternating requests to his assistant for 'deep' etc whatever they may be (he even injected inside my lips, yes, inside and under my eyes!!) left me with massively painful swellings, lumps, wonky solid chunks, severe bruising, splitting skin and open sores!!!
I had booked for the 10 years younger package that I had seen on their Facebook page after explaining I didn't want anything drastic, just very natural tweaks, and even showed photos of how I looked before so Carl could gauge what would be required and I said I most definitely did not want big window sticking lips, just an enhancement as I had never had large lips, I didn't want slitty fox eyes like Katie Price as I had no problem with my eyes, just basically my sagging cheeks, droopy jowls and mouth and vanished lips, but obviously none of this was taken onboard and I ended up looking like a car crash victim!
Also very funny timing that two days after my visit the online ad was changed to a maximum 6ml package too, before my horrendous visit the amount was not stipulated although at no time did I request any amount of filler or botox, why would I, I have no idea how much or little is required to just give me my pre menopause face back?!?
Even the assistant told me I was being very brave after she said "that's 11 now you've had, how are you doing?" as she patted my hand and passed him another syringe when I answered "I'm okay I think".
And yes, I took photos and videos, every single agonising day and night, up until I managed to get together enough money then found and paid a proper, fully trained, caring, professional aesthetics salon to dissolve the disgusting mess that had been injected into my face!!
In truth, my filler took so long to start to dissolve they were concerned that Wigtox may have used silicon at first!
Oddly enough, since the horrifying experience I underwent at Wigtox I have discovered dozens of other damaged and even permanently scarred ex Wigtox customers, quite a few of whom are seeking legal redress even though they have been warned all Wigtox will do is dissolve the business, rename and carry on regardless as they have apparently done previously when their poorly trained/non medically trained 'practiitioners' have been pursued through legal channels!!
My honest advice to anyone considering spending their hard earned money at this 'salon'.... dig deeper, do not blindly trust the online glowing reviews as I did, read them, take them with a pinch of salt then tell yourself that your face/health is paramount and walk on by and find a salon with impeccably trained, medical professional practitioners that enhance your face not destroy it!!
I still have no feeling whatsoever in my bottom lip, just a numbish pin and needle feeling and not all the stuff has gone yet in that lip either, even after dissolving injections, the stuff they pumped into my cheeks, mouth, under my eyes took months before it nearly all went, my eyes were so puffed up I couldn't put mascara on without pinning my eye wide with my fingers, very scary when you discover that the dissolving injections should start to work straight away, like magic!
To be honest, I was so ashamed I was just going to put a lid on my Wigtox nightmare and bury it deep, keep quiet and try to forget it ever happened but its now been 1 year, my face is still not fully recovered and I realised if people don't start stepping up and being honest about horrendous treatment it will still keep happening and I wouldn't wish my agonising, traumatic experience on my worst enemy so I decided to take the leap and post a totally truthful review.
I am currently getting advice on who to report the experience to such as the CDC etc and am also considering taking legal advice as to what recourse is open to me and if this totally honest review stops just one person suffering the horror I endured it is worth it, I'm just sorry I did not do it sooner so someone else could have avoided a terrible experience if they had one.
