Gorgeous presets!! I've been using Wilde Presets for years for my sessions. Easy to download and import to Lightroom! Highly recommend.

I purchased the bundle of presets and I'm unable to use them for Lightroom as described. I have contacted Wilde presets twice and sadly the support is very very poor and I have had no response. I would look elsewhere for your presets!

Although I received all the downloads upon purchase, when I had issues with the downloads when I changed my phone to a new one I was unable to re-download all the presets. I contacted the help email in September 2024 and awaited the 3 day response. I got nothing except an acknowledgement advising I would get a response. I have chased multiple times for a response and written new emails since then and have received nothing. It's July 2025 now!

The fact that the issue I have is that my download counter just needs to be reset for my account which seems like a simple enough task and they aren't able to action this ... It's pathetic! Will not be using this company ever again.

Terrible customer service!!! Their website says that they will respond to emails within 24 hours. I bought 3 presets from them, but two of them have issues and won't unzip after downloading. I've sent 3 emails and have receive no response whatsoever. I'm convinced it's a scam website, stay far away!!!

Unbalanced, ugly, soulless. Avoid. I bought the Bright and Airy presets. Avoid this company. They give you 10 LR presets, 9 are completely useless, and the one that's ok needs constant tweaking.

Guys, seriously stay FAR away from this company. The woman who responds to customer emails (I am only assuming it's a woman because I have never met a man THIS unhinged- though they probably exist) she is RUDE as they come. She mocked my question and insulted me in the first response to my inquiry about a refund. Word of caution: if you're planning to use the presets on desktop, you will need to PAY for the desktop program - it's not free like the app but they do not disclose this in their FAQ.

I have 2 wonderful professional photographers that I use and both agreed that they would never edit photos on their phone and would expect the disclosure to be clear if a product sold requires you to pay for another service to use it.

Anyway, the level of disrespect from their customer service department is unmatched.

Stay away from them. It seems like a great concept but you're dealing with shady rude people.

Lastly- all those 5 star reviews on their website are curated. You won't see the bad reviews because they only post good feedback . At this point it's questionable whether they good feedback is even from real customers or just bots.

The customer service is disgusting she was a rude mole! I told them there presents were nothing like what I paid for an basically cos a too bad not to mention the rest of the rude back and fourth emails ! Don’t bother wasting your money !!!!!!

When the presets work they are wonderful. If you ever need customer service though don't expect to actually get any help at all. Long waits for reply emails that are short, rude, and very unhelpful. I ordered the set of all presets ever and a considerable number of them had a downloading error via their site and so I only got maybe 60% of the presets advertised in the pack.

The customer service is terrible. They would not help and laughed and me.

These Presets are truly A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I guess I will be busy with these beauties at home in these times because due covid-19 I do home office and I have lots of time. And photography is my second love. So I know these Presets will make me very busy from now. I’m soooo happy to purchase them. Thank you wildepresets.com. Everybody should try them out, guys who doesn’t have actually so much skills -like me- to create filters and edit thousands of pics. I highly recommend them to everybody. xxx
