A1 shop and website. Purchased lamp in December and had problems with charging,returned to them via post and they sent me out a new one.i dealt with Owen Connaughton he rang and emailed me few times make sure problem was dealt with he was a pure gentleman. Thanks Owen

This review is not a fair reflection on this situation and our customer service. You purchased a slingshot from us and broke it after using it. You then changed your story claiming it arrived broken. We offered you replacement bands but you demanded a full refund and got nasty on the phone which wasn't acceptable, despite you breaking the slingshot as you orginally mentioned. Ordered 2 new kayaks on Wednesday evening... delivered Friday afternoon!! Great company to deal with .. even took the time to ring me about size of life jackets required. Kayaks look amazing!! Cannot wait to get out on the water!! Would 100% recommend WildHunter! Best value too .. after a lot of research!!

Item with I buy was broke or damage its not strong connecting together loss all the time. I not like return policy becouse if you want return any item you must spend more your owner money to returned item. I buy first time here and last time just becouse return policy not right and not respect buyers.

Honestly couldn't be more impressed. I ordered something as a birthday gift but they didn't have the size rod I ordered. They called me the following day to tell me and offered me the next size up. Shipped it out on the same day and arrived shortly after which was also impressive because of a bank holiday weekend. 10/10 service.
