They sold a poorly designed product which they would not refund, only give a credit for and wanted me to pay for return postage. I later found that it had a product warning on Amazon. This product should not be on their catalogue list and should at least have a product warning. Their customer service was indifferent and disrespectful
As for the specifications being highlighted, the dimensions of the aperture were NOT highlighted and are not fit for a normal adult male. Thus the universal online complaint of the aperture being too small (1.8cm!!!). The item, moreover, is listed on Amazon as Junior High Rize, representative of it's true dimensions. As I have stated above, this product should either be withdrawn as it does not comply with normal male dimensions, or is sold, should come with a warning. And I should not have been expected to pay postage for returning a product that should not have been sold to me,

Discreet packaging as promised, everything ordered arrived in one piece and was surprised at the quality of the free gifts I got to choose at the checkout - very happy ! Haven’t had the chance to use the items yet but everything is changing/ working fine !

That when ordering online and useing the website I found it nice and easy to navigate. As well as really loving the rewards program,coupons/discounts,gifts as well as haveing the payment options and the buy now pay later options, diffidently helps and make transactions easier. But over all so far iv had a fairly good experience with purchasing and shoping online through wildsecrets website, haven't had any problems really and love howeverything has been pretty straight forward and simple with no trouble at all really. So this is also why id say from my own personal experiense im pretty happy so far over all as to why id give a rating 4 out of 5 starts. I'm also pretty satisfied with my purchase of the items I orded so far im pretty happy with they are exactly what you see from when ordering online also love the quality and design of the evie floral bodysuit lingerie. haven't had a chance to properly try it on and wear it yet but I can't wait to try it on properly and see how it looks.
