The product appears to work well. The fragrance isn’t overpowering. Customer service was good, albeit slow form the delivery company. Will definitely buy some more once this has been used up.

Lovely shampoo

The ordering process was easy and there is a wide range of shampoos available. My order was dispatched quickly. I have used the Peppermint, Rosemary and Lemongrass before and had no hesitation in reordering it. It smells good, is concentrated so represents good value and last but certainly not least, my dogs' coats look wonderful.

Delivery time was quick and the product is amazing

It arrived shortly after ordering, it was well packaged with a thank you note. The product itself smells amazing and the conditioner made my dog's coat very soft.

I love all the wild wash products I’ve used. Work very well, long lasting and pleasant fragrances and feel wonderful to use.

Brilliant product

Brilliant product, bought paw balm originally for greyhound Amy’s corn, but smells so lovely I use it on my feet as well.

Lovely natural products, last well

Lovely products - I use the shampoo, conditioner and spray detangler on my floofy Australian labradoodle and his coat is super soft. They smell nice and natural, and don't leave a lingering smell that some products do. The shampoo dilutes well and I've only gone through one bottle in a year with 2-3 times a month washing. I won't say they prevent matts, not sure anything does, but I'd happily recommend them.

This is the first time I've used this…

This is the first time I've used this site since being the proud owner of a puppy on 8 December. I am impressed by how easy it is to find the products you want, to place an order & make a purchase. They kept you informed at each stage by email & products arrived in 2 or 3 days. I would recommend them.

Very helpful in finding another product after I didn’t like the first I tried. Will use WildWash products again.

I like to use a face wash for my dogs so bought the WildWash deep cleanse facial wash, the consistency makes the product hard to apply without lots going down the plug hole. It looked like it removed lots of grime but sadly left my dogs faces very greasy. For the cost of this I was very disappointed.

Dear Michelle, thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you were disappointed with your product. None of our products leave the coat greasy. They are all designed for and used by professional groomers all over the world. I think maybe you have used the product incorrectly. We have lots of how to use videos for all of our products on our You Tube channel all demonstrated by a master groomer.
I am slightly confused from your review which product you purchased, but would like to help you so could you tell me...... We sell a tear free facial wash or a deep cleanse facial scrub. Which one did you purchase? The facial wash works as a coat whitening shampoo for the face and the scrub is a leave on facial treatment that would need to be thoroughly rinsed off and then gently rinsed with shampoo. Please email me at info@wildwash.co.uk Our customer service department is open 7 days a week and we are always on call to help our clients with any questions or queries and we'd love to help you make the most out of your product. Fantastic products for my pet

Fantastic products for my pet, have been using wild wash for my dog for nearly 2 years. The last order I had a problem with the deliver company, it was delivered to the wrong address, but there was no problem for wildwash they sent out a new order quite promptly great service!😁

Good

This is our first order, trying out new products as friend recommended.
Love the smell of the shampoo, but just need to get use to it because it doesn't lather as much as the shampoo I had used.
Happy with the customer service, very helpful.

We are over the moon to hear that you're happy with WildWash. With regard to the lather, yes our products do contain sulphates. Basically sulphates create lots of bubbles that give an illusion of washing well, but actually what they do is put lots of residue in the coat that is hard to rinse out. WildWash still has some lather and will wash the coat really well and because there are no sulphates it rinses out the coat quickly and easily leaving no residue. It means the coat will be shinier and also will dry in half the time, not to mention the fact that no harmful chemicals are used in the process, so it's a win win all round!

Only used the products to bathe twice but between the conditioner and the shampoo, plus some oral evening primrose oil and I think, fingers crossed, we see a drier , healthier skin appearing.
I clean her skin at night with a mild solution and rinse it thoroughly.
hoping for peace from itch for her.
