When you're picking a moving date, it's nice to have a dry day, but we hadn't anticipated we'd be moving in a heatwave! However, the team from Wilkins just took it all in their stride - They were incredible and we couldn't have picked a better team.
From our very first meeting, the firm oozes confidence - there doesn't seem to be anything that fazes them, but I guess in their 140+years in the business they've probably seen (and moved) it all!
Keeping a van full of plants alive and cool overnight and then delivering them 100 miles as the temperatures soared to new heights, was all part of the service. As was moving and installing a piano - not the easiest of items to move.
We were absolutely delighted with the service we received and would recommend Wilkins to anyone wishing to move and have their belongings cared for by the very best. We could not fault them, they were superb and thoroughly deserve their 5 star rating.

Professional, accommodating and friendly team. Very efficient and helpful. Always thought of solutions to any issues and made our long distance move really easy. Would definitely recommend.

Do not use these movers. Read the real reviews on Trustpilot. They are 3 stars. They confirm availability before they come and quote, you take time off work, they send a quote. You query the quote, they come back and say sorry we have given the slot away.
I only questioned why the redelivery was so expensive when there were less items. So as soon as you enquire how they came up with it they come back saying we have given the slot away come back in the new year. Called the director who "asked me how old I was" because I told him it was a terrible client experience. Avoid at all costs, dreadful.

Don’t don’t trust what they say ignore the royal warrant I will try and try to get it removed
They broke the only item I asked them to transport with care! Then after 4 months it was repaired and on return they broke it again……
Now they refuse to repair or reply to any emails
Terrible service if you can call it that

As a repeat customer I really wanted to get online and recommend these guys. They recently helped us with a complicated 3 day move and were great. The staff are polite, efficient and really go the extra mile. Thanks again
