Disgusting company who made a mistake and blamed us. Thousands of lots purchased a year at auction. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and we have dealt with most of them.

Good Customer Service
I have bought two items from William George and have always found the process to be very straight forward and clear.
The first time I bought a watch and it was as described.
The shipping was straight forward and done separately through the vendor, no need to get collection services and pay a fortune.

My husband purchased two Lots from your company, and he had a problem regarding damage to one item from each Lot.
I contacted Sarah Wilson, who was extremely helpful and sympathetic, and the matter was resolved in a very short space of time, with many updates to advise me of the current position.

Even though I wasn’t happy with what I purchased maybe it’s the luck of the draw type of thing. However I was really happy to find a helping hand and understanding customer service agent in Ellie. She was awesomely empathetic and patient with my response and helpful as ever afterwards. Cant thank her enough and commend the company and policies for its aftercare service.

Discovered auctions recently they are more addictive than and Ebay and Amazon put together! Bought some stuff from WG and I must say their customer service is excellent. There are real good people there!
