The company filled my order rapidly. The crops were too long for a short person like me. 5'1"/130#/. The large pants were too large at the waist and the 27' length was too short. The quality of the fabric and the sewing was good. Love the pocket placement. will try a longer medium pair

My shorts were delivered in a timely manner. They fit great and the fabric is nice and light weight.

Fast delivery. I have yet to wear the shorts, but they seem to be good quality.

Great product, easy to purchase, came in the mail quickly. I am 5 feet 3 1/2 inches, 155 lbs and the medium, 29 inch length fit best (they stretch a little as you wear them). I have a pair of large and they're okay, but big enough that they aren't flattering. I will wear these light pants for hiking and traveling. They have several zip pockets!

I really like the apparel from Willit Sports, but their return policy is a dealbreaker for me. It says free returns, but they didn’t back that up with my first order. Eventually, after days of emails , I received a merchandise credit. On my second order, they sent the free shipping labels, but charged a restocking fee of almost $10 (not free shipping). On my third order, I used my merchandise credit, but it took another email to get a code to use the credit. They do not have a customer service representative that you can speak to personally. Once again, their products are just fine, but there are many more reputable companies that will get my business in the future.

I have not worn my new capris yet. However, the medium was a bit snug so I exchanged for the large. The package did not have any info on exchanges so I had to navigate the website. Once I did that, the service was wonderful! They actually sent my new capris (2pairs) before they received mine as I notified them that I had dropped the two items at UPS. I was very happy with the service. My capris arrived today and fit much better!!

I had a great experience ordering /receiving pants and shipping was super fast! The pant material is soft and wrinkle free perfect for golfing...only wish the back pockets were real pockets as they're just slits (to hide glute imperfections). Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size should have ordered medium...will do that if I order another color.

Very nice lightweight pullover. I only wish I had found this item sooner because they must be popular and color choices were limited. The Stone Blue color doesn't appear to be as dark or as solid a color as the sample picture ( wish it had more dark gray in it ) but I'm keeping it. Great price, fast shipping, and very prompt response
answering any questions.

Easy to shop and really comfortable pants. Arrived fast and exactly as pictured. Loved them so much I bought a second pair in another color.

As a previous reviewer wrote, Company took a percentage off as a gift as item was not on sale. Reading about returns I believe they did this to hamper a return. I tried to contact them, using the contact link on my receipt, but, the link didn’t work. Went to online site and tried to contact them through their online link and again it was inactive.
There are so many trust worthy companies out there that do care about customer service. Don’t waste your time with this company, if indeed, it is a company. I will just have to donate my purchase to Goowill.

This company takes five dollars off the top if you’re returning merchandise and you have to pay to send back the clothing that was too big and a lesser quality yourself. And AMAZON has its name tied to this company. Buyer beware

The company did not deliver merchandise while claiming it did. Will not issue refund. Scam Chinese company.

Waiting to return 2 skirts….no response from company.

I ordered skorts from them and they got lost in shipment. They immediately replaced with no questions. Weeks later the original order was received and they told me to keep it. That’s customer service at it’s best.

I had never heard of Willit Sports before, but found it in my search for sun shirts and hiking shorts. I ordered 2 SPF shirts, shorts and a swimsuit coverup and hoped for the best. The prices are SO rreasonable, especially compared to other sports clothing shops like LLBean and Lands End and REI... The shipping was super quick, the items all fit my normal size and the quality was excellent. At more than half the price of "super names". I can't wait until I need more clothing so I can shop here more!
