Lovely and personal and dealt well with courier issues
Such a lovely personal company with a great range of products. Really happy to help anyway they can and provide advice about the best products. I was really pleased how they dealt with the situation when an item got lost by the courier which I needed for a party. They arranged for a new one to be sent and were even prepared to drive the item from Yorkshire to Hertfordshire for me to ensure we had it in time. You can’t ask for much more than that. I would confidently buy from them again.

Bought an expensive patio heater off…
Bought an expensive patio heater off their website. Delivered within a few days, but box was a bit battered in transportation and a part with written instructions were missing. After reading online reviews on various websites from various buyers of the same product from other sellers and their frustration at not being able to obtain missing parts for their heater, i was not hopeful. However, Bruce at Willow Bay provided exemplary support, emailing me detailed instructions and promptly sending me by surface mail the missing part & other items in case they were also missing. In future, i will check Willow Bay for any item they may have before i place an order on other better known retailers if the price difference isn't significant as i wouldn't get such service from others, based on previous experience.

Patio Set
Due to the excellent weather I was looking for a new patio set. I found a few I was interested in on the website but was unsure of which suited me best. Rang through to the sales line and received great advice on the products I was interested in. Ordered the set which suited me, delivery was within 5 days. Great selection of products and customer service.
