I went here to get rid of some brassy…
I went here to get rid of some brassy orange tones from a bad home box dye, left with the same colour !, hair looks no different but that privilege cost me £198,
Did call them the day after to explain I was not happy and to find out why it was so expensive, was informed I had a toner and I also had a T section done, well I had 3 foils put on either side of my head and apparently that was it!!!!! Nothing on top. Did ask for a callback from the manager who never called, would not recommend.

Hi Sarah,
I would like to apologise again that you aren't entirely happy with your hair, and whilst we appreciate your review, I would like to address a few things, as we feel it's missing some relevant information. You mention you were charged £198 for a Toner and a T-section (6 foils) when in fact that charge was for 18 foils, 3 toners applied on your head to cover the different bands of colour plus a hair cut and a blow dry. What you had with us is in fact called a colour correction, and we charged very reasonably given you were with us for 3 and a half hours in total.
You did receive a call back from your stylist within an hour of you informing us you weren't happy, who then informed myself (manager) and offered for you to come back in for us to rectify any issues you had immediately. Before allowing even 12 hours for me to consult in depth with your stylist and get back to you, you had written this review. I have prior to writing this reply spoken to you and again offered for you to come back in, which you have refused.
Due to box dyes and various other colour applications over time, not only was the colour of your hair many tones of brassy oranges and yellow it was also in pretty poor condition and therefore we were limited on what we could do to it without further damaging your hair.
We discussed in depth with you what the plan was to be, you said you were happy and so we went ahead. You complimented our work at the end and tipped your stylist, so we feel a little confused as to why you have written such a review. Either way it is always our priority to make sure our clients leave happy with their hair, so our offer still stands for you to come back to see us or to contact me offline to discuss this further.

Can't recommend enough - great salon!
Super friendly and efficient salon. My family and I are loyal customers and have been so for over 20 years! I would recommend all the stylists here, especially Sarah, the owner.

Fantastic!
I went to Willow Hair today for the first time. Natalie did my hair and I have never been happier. The colour and cut are amazing. Very nice vibe there too, relaxed and they make you feel very comfortable. Think I’ve finally found my hairdresser!

Been visiting for nearly 10 years now and still absolutely love coming here!!
Absolutely lovely and welcoming staff, the colour of my hair is always perfect (no matter what colour or style I ask for) and it's cut exactly as I like it each time (no matter who is cutting it). The salon is always clean, uses great products - and finally, the partnership with the Italian restaurant next door to get great coffees brought over is an added bonus!!

Relaxing experience and great hair cut
It was great to get back to the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the Willow salon. Sarah gave me a great haircut and a fantastic colour, it really lifted my spirits. Just what I needed after "lockdown hair" I also enjoyed a relaxing head massage when the conditioner was applied. Others have complemented me on my hair, I couldn't ask for anything more!

My first hairdressing appointment since lockdown, and I am happy to say that Michelle's fantastic cut has made me feel back to normal. Willow Hair is a spacious salon with talented and friendly hairdressers and a relaxed atmosphere. And as we are easing out of lockdown, it is also good to feel that every care has been taken to make the salon entirely safe for everyone.
