Do not buy from here, paid a lot of money for a lovely looking jacket delivered horrendous quality nothing like the picture or description printed on pockets faded material no returns info apart from contacted info page no reply after numerous e mails I would not were this coat to put the bins out stay clear

It a scam this company is sat in China using Name Wilson London

Sold me a fake mens jacket totally different to the one advertised on their website for £60 fake pockets printed on,Similar jacket I could have bought on eBay for £25 and they have stopped replying to my emails avoid this company at all cost fraudulent company

How can we get in contact with these people/report them ... and try and get our money back

Really poor quality shoes and no response from my complaint. Stay clear of this company.

When the shoes arrived they were of poor quality. I have tried numerous times to obtain a refund but the company who clearly aren’t in London or the UK fail to respond to my emails. My fault I should have looked at the reviews. Avoid at all costs.

Goods are really poor quality.
Applied for a refund and I end up posting at my own cost to China. Until now, I still do not have a refund. No answer of any of the emails and now they have taken their website down.

Took over two weeks to arrive. You have to return to china at your expense if you don't like the product. This is not a UK company despite the website. Avoid at all costs

Shoes ordered took over two weeks to arrive and were the wrong size.
Trying to get a response from customer service with regards to returning the items is a shocking.
Offer to send correct size but they cannot be returned, or further discount to keep.
Now being told they need to be returned to China and that the refund will not be processed till they are received.
This to me appears to be a uk website but clearly NOT!!

Absolute scam of a company.
It takes ages for the substandard item to arrive, which looks nothing like the website.
Trying to get a refund is all but impossible.
Eventually they agree, having offered 10% and then 20% to keep the item as it will be lmore convenient for me”. But then, they add Chinese customs charges into the conversation and you quickly realise that you will end up with nothing.

Ordered two pairs of shoes which took almost two week to arrive. Were too big, so contacted customer services to arrange return. Tried to dissuade me from returning by offering 20% refund. When I rejected this, they offered 30%. I eventually did return them to address in China on 5th July 2025. Royal Mail tracking still says item being assessed by destination customs authority, over 10 weeks later. As others have said, this set up can't be legal. Avoid this company.

Ordered shoes from this company for £59.99 supposedly reduced from£ 120. Having seen shoes in shops recently, I considered them to be reasonable value The shoes took 18 days to arrive and the tracking details looked a bit strange. I thought I was dealing with a UK company but I concur with other reviews that these shoes probably were shipped from China. There are similar shoes on TEMU for £20 or less so I agree with the other reviewer who states that Wilson and Co are probably ordering through TEMU and putting on a big mark up. In fairness the shoes seem OK( although I had to mend one of the toggles) but I could have purchased them at a much lower price direct from TEMU

Ordered one of there Classic caps. Whilst its hard to know what quality is like from a picture I wish I had NOT have brought it/ Says its London but came from Japan so took ages. Opened it up and its wafer thin material and one wash and it will be in pieces. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. Buy with caution

Shoes are awful. Thin, flimsy and uncomfortable. Lots of one word reviews on Facebook that all look fake. Company is China based and not in London. Delivery takes weeks and returns policy is based on emails and no one responds to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU ARE BEING FLEECED.

Firstly it comes across as a london retailer, no its not its from china so thats were the quality issues come in . The products are very poor and dont even think of returning as it will cost more than the product. This is a massive scamming company playing off an english branding. STAY AWAY

Absolutely appalling company! Do not buy from these scammers!

We received items that are nothing like in the pictures on their web site. They like to imply they are a UK based business, and offer a '30 day, no hassle returns policy'
When we tried to return these items, they said we had to send them back to China at our cost. They simply did all they could to dissuade us from returning the items.

the quality of the goods is absolutely appalling. The stitching looks like it has been done by a 10 year old. One picture shows a nice patterned blouse, with curved pockets. The cuffs are rolled at the wrist and the collar nicely bound.
What we received was a washed out horrible different blue with a badly printed (blurred) pattern, tiny square pockets with awful visible stitching, unbound collar and no cuffs with sleeves that are impossible to roll up as they are so narrow!

Shoes in the picture look nice quality. What we received are shoes with practically no sole, are plastic, and if lucky would last three walks in a town centre.

We fought this all the way and ended up getting a full refund via PayPal after opening an investigation.
