Shambolic experience broke most of my screens and furniture then never took responsibility

I regret using this so-called "company" for my recent move. Based on my experience, this does not appear to be a legitimate business—there is no proper structure, no clear communication, and certainly no accountability.

Several of my belongings arrived damaged, including a baby bed that was broken beyond use. I paid for a two-person moving service in both countries, yet only one person showed up in Portugal. As a result, my family had to step in to help unload everything, which is completely unacceptable.

Despite my attempts to contact the manager and request a refund for the services that were not provided, they have since disappeared and stopped responding entirely.

Logistics should be a smooth and stress-free experience for customers—this was the complete opposite. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable, professional service.

ABSOLUTELY A SCAM

THEY ASK YOU IN THE LAST MINUTE FOR LOADS OF MONEY WHILE THEY ARE HOLDING YOUR STAFF.

THEY WILL BREAK AND MISS BIG PART OF IT ON THE WAY, AND THEY WILL LIE LIE LIE TO YOU ALL THE WAY; AS WELL.AS TRY TO TAKE DOWN ALL THE BAD REVIEWS THAT THEY HAVE,BY SAYING " YOU ARE NOT ON THEIR SYSTEM, AND THAT IS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM, ETC."

UP TO DAY, A YEAR ALMOST HAS PASSED, I NEVER GOING TO GET MY STAFF BACK; AND THEY ARE SAYING IN RESPONSE TO MY BAD REVIEW, IN OTHER WEBSITES, THAT "THEIR INSURANCE HAS PAID AND THAT THIS WAS DEAL WITH LAST YEAR AND SHORTED"....I simply can't believe it..

What started well with two helpful,pleasant men loading our furniture turned into a fiasco. Do not use this firm.crooks and robbers. Furniture arrived in Spain without warning and only one man to unload,when we had paid extra for two men.also had to pay extra for alleged over weight goods which almost doubled original quote will not refund any money.Have reported them to police for fraud and started court proceedings. Stay well away from tom!!!

This company quoted us a low price for transporting items to Spain. Be aware that they added a weight limit of 120kgs which for 22 boxes was bound to go over. Once collected the price then doubled. Following that we attempted to pay them 3 times but the bank transfer kept being returned. Our bank Lloyds said that they or their bank Zemplar were returning the money. When items arrived in Spain our customer had to pay them and we had to reimburse our customer, very embarrassing. Many threats from them to return boxes back to UK and charge us again. We would never use this company again and strongly advise you not to.

Sent them a list of items ready for the move, including our piano (with dimensions). Two men turned in a van with no tail lift and no piano moving equipment. Cant fault the men, it was HQ that had sent them out. I had to get a friend to help carry the piano all the way round the house, hurting our backs and arms and damaging the piano. When I called to complain I was told it wasn't their problem.
I rang again after moving and someone apologized, said they'd refund me £100. That was a month ago and nothing has happened.
Disorganized company with no regard for customers or their own staff.

If I could go no stars I bloody would I paid a deposit had to cancel been waiting well over a week for my deposit back especially over Christmas time no reply back I'm a single mum I work bloody hard and to pay a deposit that is refundable but not get it back don't like answering the calls I will be going to a solicitor AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE NOT WHAT THE THEY ARE THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT EVER REPLY AS TO WHY THEY HAVENT PAID IT BACK

They are not a registered moving company.
Absolutely terrible and is not worth the money you save compared to a real moving company.
What should have taken 1 month tops is now an ongoing 3 months nightmare.

They will:
ignore and change your moving date and time
make promises they do not keep after a deposit
outsource your move to unprofessional "movers" that break your fragile pieces
not bring any packing materials if that's what they promised beforehand
loose your items and ignore you once you've paid
guarantee you have a bad time moving

They will not:
refund you for any damages or bad services
refund you for any wrong doings or promised services undelivered
make your move easy.

This is bottom of the barrel, really.
Will give them a week for them to contact their insurance company, after which I will file a claims with the small claims court.

Lied about the weight of shipment. Claimed they had broken down in France delaying my delivery to Spain by 2 weeks ( a professional company would have made arrangements to comply with contracted delivery dates) Promised delivery twice, didn't occur. I had to cancel 2 flights back to Uk as result. Notifications and communication over numerous email and text messages never happened. Vehicles being used are not fit for purpose of removals of valuable and personal items. When finally delivered, driver pronounced me "A piece of SH*T" because I refused to thank him for delivery of damaged items. They do not have any recognised insurance, which they proclaim is up to £40k, they are not a registered company with any affiliated removal organisation. Wilson Removals are registered at Companies House number 14844398. They also trade as Sweden Removals and UK Global Movers. Asked them to provide details of insurance underwriter and provide claim forms for my damage, TOTALLY ignored. I am instigating court proceedings which are supported by numerous email, text and whatsapp retained evidence. I seriously advise that you AVOID this bunch.
