Wilson Storage - Caroline Springs Avis

The service was great! Friendly and helpful. Courtesy van much appreciated and low fuss to hire and use. The old building at the front is a bit clunky to use (very loud roller door, exceptionally slow goods lift), but there are ground floor lockers that would avoid this.

Explained everything easily and clearly
Great communication

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. They explained everything clearly. Absolute credit to the company.

From the start to finish hiring a storage unit. The staff members were fantastic and showed me everything I needed to know.
I would recommend this storage place.

Adriana and the team at Wilson Storage Caroline Springs are absolutely amazing!

Their professionalism, knowledge and genuine willingness to help far exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to accommodate me during a particularly complicated time in my life, helping make the beginning of a new chapter that little bit easier.

The facilities are immaculate, secure and extremely well maintained, with easy access and undercover parking, which is especially convenient in all weather conditions.

I cannot thank Adriana and the team enough for their kindness, understanding and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend Wilson Storage Caroline Springs to my family, friends and anyone looking for a secure, clean and professionally managed storage facility with a friendly and caring team.

Thank you, Adriana and the team, for making a difficult time a little easier! ❤️

Perfect Service Adrianna and Greg They are the Best Professional Service thanks

They made the process so easy! Highly recommend using them!

Wilson storage staff are professional, kind, considerate and very mindful of their customers situations and reasons to why they have had to put all their belongings into storage rather than into a home 🙏

Both Adriana and Craig were especially welcoming with amazing customer service skills. They helped make the whole process extremely simply.

Explained everything, helpful. The entire experience was seamless, thank you to, two amazing people.

Great customer service, helpful staff, good facilities.

Graig at Caroline springs fantastic

Staff on desk are very welcoming, approachable, helpful in so many ways. They made our decisions easy.

Very helpful, friendly staff which made everything so easy

I like their staff- friendly and accommodating. Easy access anytime of the day. Clean. Secured. Different types of trolleys are available to use when moving things. Ease of going up and down with big/multiple items due to the industrial elevator. Reasonable price.
One thing I do not like which is significant and a priority/a must for me next time if I look for a storage unit facility - the storage unit MUST be fully covered- the one that we have now is not- the top is completely exposed to dust and water if ever there is a leak in the roof- it is secured by barrier just similar to chicken wire so everything is dusty - I just realised this later when I returned to get something and found every exposed surface to be covered in dust - it would have been better if it is like a container unit so the dust cannot come in - I guess Wilson Storage will have to install individual lights to each storage if that is the case which means more cost to them - but I do not mind paying to keep everything free from dust - you pay more for less work and convenience- I dread the day when everything needs to be moved to the new house 😩😩😩😩😩
This is the reason why I can only give them 3 stars.
