Wilson Storage - Moorabbin, South Rd Avis 

The security is excellent. I like the idea of using a secret code to open and close main gate and storage area door.
Chris (in the office) is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The only problem I have had, is the ramp leading into the storage area is a little steep, as the trolley nearly knocked me off my feet going down it.

On three occasions our storage unit was broken into. On each occasion within a week our rent for the unit was increased. The day we moved everything out we somehow set off the alarm, no-one came to check it and eventually it turned itself off. Very unhappy with the service

Great facility. Staff gave an honest quote and held to it unlike other companies. The female staff member was intelligent and provided information in a very pleasant and professional manner which made me feel very confident in using your services.

Great price and never had any issues

The assistance provided by the visiting manager Chris, was fantastic.
He was welcoming, attentive and friendly as well as being patently honest!
I’m very happy to say that without the assistance of Chris, I would have been very likely to have driven off to find another storage facility.

Easy access, clean and helpful staff. We used Unit for about 10 years. The staff were always understanding with my enquires and concerns. I would like to mention Michelle who always seem to assist me as required.

Always clean, easy to access and lots of trolleys to make the moving in and out very easy.

The staff are also very helpful and attentive.

I picked Wilson storage due to proximity to where I needed to store my goods. I did think my overall rental price per unit was slightly expensive but I cannot fault any other element of the storage. Good facilities, super easy accessibility, always clean, great moving tools ie carts, trolleys always accessible, great flexibility when I went month to month and the service from all staff was superb.

Iv used Wilson’s storage a few times over the years. Their customer service is great, storage units & facilities clean, accessible and secure. I’d definitely recommend.

Communication was an issue, however this has been rectified. Units are clean and easily accessible

Prompt reply to my initial email with very good follow up. Very helpful when choosing actual container.
Nothing seemed a problem, staff approachable and friendly.
