Staff Matter !
Nigel was open. helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The facility is the base for the security cars so often staffed at odd hours so less likely to be robbed. Today he showed me the airconditioned wine storage which looked excellent

Amazing service and knowledge
Moving house is never fun but these guys went above and beyond to help us, were cheery and super knowledgeable. We can’t thank them enough, so glad we moved our stuff here, can highly recommend!! Thanks guys 😊

Verbal Agreements were never honoured.
We moved our business to another storage which gave us a written agreement on arrangements that were made.
Perhaps the current management cannot handle the workload.

Its very clean and the team there are very helpful
Found the experience of shifting there to be very convenient and location off the freeway helps a lot.
Size of the store is also spacious and the 24 hours 7 days access provides a good way for users to plan their visit.
