So I recently signed up for Win777 and I really thought that I was gonna have a positive experience. I ended up winning $46 so I decided to go and redeem. I received two emails telling me that my withdrawal was confirmed and approved and being processed. I also spoke with two support members(despite everything they were nice) who both told me everything looked good on their end and they would try to push the redeem through. Finally I received one final email that just said my withdrawal was denied and have no other explanation. So I got in touch with another support representative to see if I could get some answers and maybe see if something went wrong. Now this 3rd support member was not only rude, but also tried to tell me that my withdrawal was denied because I had played out my balance. But how could my redemption be approved not once but twice if I had played my balance out? So it is my advice that you don’t waste your time or money on this site because if they don’t do you like they did me at first, they definitely will eventually. I’m just glad I didn’t waste any money on them.

Great experience with them amazing

I'm not a person who enjoys writing bad reviews or someone who leaves negative comments because I had a little bad luck, but something is terribly wrong with this site. I have not missed a day playing on social casinos in over three years, I've tried them all and I have never experienced anything like this before. Last night I thought I would try to play here again (two platforms: Ultra Vegas & Vegas 7) and all of my coins just spun down to zero bidding the lowest amounts. I'm not sure what is going on, I actually really enjoy playing on Win777 and I dont mind losing every single time I play here, as long as I have a little fun along the way. I understand RNG systems and how they work, but there is no way that all of my purchases should be pure dead spins, it doesn't make sense.
Today I came back and tried again bought two more packages that didn't even last 10 minutes and I was bidding the very lowest amounts. The second package had a 70% bonus code, I never received the bonus. I could lose every single time and still give a site a 5 star review if there was a little excitement, some highs and lows.
