Fabulous service from start to finish

Fabulous service from start to finish when choosing our Chesterfield sofa from Winchester Leathers. There were no pushy sales tactics at all—just patient, attentive staff who really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We were greeted with a hot drink. They listened carefully to our needs before showing us a range of suitable options. We were able to sit down, relax with our cup of coffee, and chat things through without any pressure to decide quickly. The whole experience felt calm and welcoming, with help offered exactly when we needed it. A lovely, relaxed atmosphere—would highly recommend.

Bought a 3 seater

Bought a 3 seater, 2 seater, a chair and footstool from this company. After 18 months the leather started peeling off the arm of the 3 seater. When I asked what could be done they said there was nothing they could do. It was ware and tear. Not good after only 18 months.
Would not recommend this company.

Poor Customer Service

I was given an estimated delivery date of 19 October to 09 November but when I requested an update today (17 October) I was told that the earliest I could expect to receive my order is January 2024. I did not receive any message to advise me of this delay and I was also told that the company would not offer any compensation. The customer service chat was unhelpful and unapologetic.

Never again. Avoid.

Diabolical "service".

We bought a Queen Anne chair and foot stool for approx. £900.

Sitting on the chair is like sitting on a piece of wood, the cushioning is so harsh and poor.

The solution from this company: we need to spend another £35 on replacement foam!

This negative review will cost this company far more in lost sales.

Beware this company

Beware this company. They will charge you 30% for any returns stating every item has been made for you. I bought a chair online from Winchester leather. The chair arrived over-stuffed, with gaps in the stuffing, no studs as per the photos online, and the overall design different from that advertised. I requested a return and refund and was advised that they could fix the issues but would keep a 30% deposit if I did not opt for this. They also stated i had not ordered the studs, despite this being visible in the photo and no option to choose studs when ordering. The chair looked like it had been used and returned before, the seat pad was sagging in the corners. I have comparative photos that clearly show the difference between the advertised and actual item. The business plan is clearly to make money out of inevitable returns by refusing full refunds knowing that legal costs would be more than the money recouped for anyone taking action. I ended up paying £200 to have a chair that was not exactly what we ordered in our living room for 3 weeks. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
