Windows4you are are good company to work with to achieve the style you want , they came to look at my needs and suggested a different way to do what I wanted , instead of a set of small French doors, they suggested a single door with full glass, what a transformation, more light and looks fabulous.
The fitters were courteous, very clean , they put sheets down everywhere, and completed the job with no disruption to my decorating it was all completed with no fuss, they removed everything they'd taken out, it was a fantastic job, I am so pleased. Thank you to all concerned, they are lovely people to work with and a great price too.

Very happy with the service and windows and doors . Guys did it quickly and efficiently, didn’t leave any mess and went extra mile by fixing one of the door handles that wasn’t even as a part of the job. Cheapest we found on the market and definitely recommend!

A huge problem with my mums window well beyond our skills to repair so we phoned Windows4you. They came the following day and quoted an excellent price. They returned with new parts the following day and completed the repair. An absolutely fantastic service!

I do not recommend Windows4you.

Our windows were installed in August 2022, since then, they were here 3 times for corrections as the assembly team did the work sloppily and not entirely correctly and they cannot fix everything at the same time.

 It took almost 2 months for them to install the last ventilator to one of the windows due the incorrect size was brought in earlier in August.

Also the first ventilator/airlifts were of very poor quality and/or poorly installed, because they bend in the shape of a "banana" and even when closed let air through and drafts are made.

They were replaced only partially, because we were told there is no larger size available for the bigger windows. 

A separate team that replaced them found the first ventilators not screwed and put on the other way around.

 Some windows had to be adjusted due to gaps between the frames, resulting in airgaps and wetness.

After numerous calls/mails the windows were readjusted again, for the third time and now some silicone was added around the window frames due to the feeling of air around the windows and one even getting in rain after a big storm. 

During the last adjustment, one of the windows can still not fully closed. The gentleman from the service said that he could not tighten anything more.The gap through which you can see the metal element in the middle of the frame is 3mm, which according to Mr. Wojtek is in industrial standards.

 The glass in the fix window is not fully profiled, you can see the black glass frames which raises further questions.

 Customer service is also criminal as we have to wait a long time for an e-mail response and chasing them constantly over the phone.

The company will be reported to Certass.

Had a new front door fitted by windows4you. Enquired about pricing and someone come out next day to measure everything up and answer any questions I had and supplied a quote that day for our chosen door. Replied quickly to any questions I had through email. 3 weeks from door being ordered to fitted. Fitters come round and only took about an hour and half to get the old door and frame off and new frame and door fitted. Fitters were polite and cleaned everything up once they were done. Would 100% use these again.

Professional and very careful performance of work related to the replacement of windows and front doors. After the work is completed, the place is clean. Very good communication with company representatives in order to agree on all matters.
