Excellent service from the first contact to the job being completed. Rang to request a quote, they got back to me with a day and 2 hr time frame. On the day received updates saying when they would arrive. Quote very good and repair done quickly. Ethan did a great job, he wore covers on his shoes, tidied up after himself and was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Anthony and Ethan. Repaired two loose polycarbonate conservatory roof panels and replaced misted conservatory glass panel. Quick and efficient at a reasonable price. Text updates to keep you informed the time they are arriving to carry out the work and they were very prompt. Would definitely use again.

Extremely professional. Great communication throughout the process. The job was assessed and I was given a written quote. I felt confident that Paul knew what needed to be done. The work was carried out at a later date, as parts had to be ordered, and was completed quickly and efficiently on an old UPVC door that would have ended up in landfill if I had chosen to replace it rather than get it repaired. We had a window in our little conservatory that had misted and become badly stained. We kept the blind down on it and kept saying one day we'll get it fixed. Our daughter had a problem with misted windows and she was so impressed with these guys that we decided ok let's do it.
The first engineer came and spent 5 mins measuring up and we got a call to give us a date about 2 weeks ahead. Our engineer Ethan arrived today with the new unit. Really nice guy, swapped the units over in about 1/2 hour, polished the glass, adjusted the door it was mounted in and refitted the blind. Cracking job! Highly recommended!

Second time I've used this company. Had first class service on both occasions. The company is extremely well run, punctual and keep you informed in every step of your order. Have had 2 different fitters and both of them very professional yet easy going in their job. Was very surprised that their prices, which are very reasonable have hardly increased in over 2 years. I would recommend this firm 100%.

Bent / broken window hinge. Called one company and no return call as promised . Called this company at 10am and they were with me at 1230 am. Removed large window replaced hinges both sides and replaced and adjusted window accordingly. Fast efficient and friendly service. Tidy and clean work also reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to use them again if required.
