Window Nation - Charlotte Avis 

I was really impressed with Window Nation. A friend recommended them, and they definitely offer a great price and a beautiful product.

There was a small scheduling scare the day before installation—they texted about a need to reschedule. After I explained I'd already prepped the whole house, they managed to make it work and came as promised. I really appreciated that they listened and found a solution.

The installation crew was awesome: polite, respectful of my home (shoe covers, asking to use the bathroom!), and incredibly efficient. They installed 11 windows in just about five hours. Their work was impeccable. They caulked all of the interiors of my windows and you would never know that we just had new windows put in. All the trim and paint around the windows looked like it had not been disturbed. They even wrapped the exteriors of the two old windows I didn't replace so everything would match from the exterior, which was a thoughtful touch I didn't expect.

They left the place clean and took all the old windows. The whole experience was smooth, and the results are fantastic. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Windows were great the only downfall is the side of the window could have been caulked a bit neater

I like the windows was a little disappointed in the quality of the installation. I had to get him to readjust some of the windows because they were hard to open I know they were trying to get it done in one day and it was cold and windy.

They dented my hot tub cover one of the workers hurt. Himself so it took an additional day

This is probably the fifth rating I have given to Windows Nation, and I have given the company a very low rating, not because of the installers, but for the problems with a fan shaped window that goes in our master bedroom. Let me chronicle the problems that have occurred. The first window that arrived in June was not the correct window and had to be reordered. The second window was broken in transit and had to be reordered. The third window took until early September to arrive and during the installation process it cracked, but remained in place while a fourth window was ordered. Then around 8 weeks later, the fourth window arrived for a Nov. 4 installation. After the fourth window was installed and being cleaned by the installer, it was discovered that the window had several full length very visible scratches between the panes of glass. So we are now waiting for window No. 5 to be ordered to replace the scratched one. If we are lucky, we may finally have a defective-free window in place before Christmas. This has been a comedy of errors.

Darren was prompt and professional. He called when he was 45 minutes out. I appreciate
the update. He replaced the window. The window panes all matched up as expected.

Pretty good overall but definitely had to go behind and correct some issues.

Super easy process. Everyone from the salesman to the installers were very pleasant. Prices were reasonable.

Our experience was stellar from the original contact with Customer Service, the appointment with salesman John Kucera, the status updates during production, the installation scheduler Chelsea, the installer Gio and his assistant, and the follow up call from installation manager Brian Farsaci. At each level your staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful!

First of all, they showed up after 5 o’clock when they were supposed to be here at 8 AM the day they were supposed to start. Not awesome considering I took the day off work to be there. Then they apparently didn’t include two windows after the gentleman had come out - twice- to measure the windows. So not only do we end up paying again for windows that we’re gonna have to receive at a later date, we have to deal with yet another crew coming out and banging for hours. Also, they’ve been gone for four or five days and I’m still picking up after them. They left my lawn and my patio a complete mess with chips and pieces of my old windows all over. For $50,000 I would’ve expected a bit more Customer Service to be honest. Would not recommend. But windows are a racket and they know the have you over a barrel.

The installers have always done a great job, and this time was no different. I would highly recommend Window Nations.

The service technician was knowledgeable and attentive. He reviewed a problem I have and said he would follow through. I really appreciated that because I had been having a problem getting someone to investigate my problem.

I’m so impressed with the people and quality of their windows. The process of buying my windows from start to finish was beyond my expectations. Window Nation is AAA.
