A tech came out to look at my window…
A tech came out to look at my window installation. Explained the issues, so a installation team was sent out to look at the install/foam installation of windows. The easy accessed windows were looked at. All had issues. The main Bay window had no foam around the window. Since we were 4 out of 4 having issues, asked if they could look at one of the other 9 that were more difficult to look at. They couldnt or didnt have time for that. So waiting on contact from Window Nation for followup. Not happy.

Customer reminder
A few days before the date of service,you need to send an email or a phone call to confirm the date and time for window installation.
That was not done for us and it made for a very, uncertain installation

Locks didn't work properly
Locks didn't work properly. Windows needed modifications after install. Time from order to install was way too long. Still waiting for defective parts to be replaced.

Price was middle of the 5 quotes i received. Windows weren't properly seated @first install. Had to come back a month and a half later. Were missing 4 screens at first install. I had to miss 4 day of work for estimate,first install, tech visit with missing screens and final reseat. Also the window are not a exact size replacement. They remove old windows and place smaller windows in place and cover up any size difference with large amounts of trim.

While there were several issues with my window order(factory problems not that by window nation)the job was finally completed and window nation paid me $700.00 dollars for the trouble.

Good Service
The sales process was a bunch of the same as I used their services before. Same sales pitch, same “we’re working on a large apartment complex and can get your windows in with that job at a discount.” Other than that, the wait time was about 6 weeks and the install was super efficient. They came on a Saturday before 8 am and had the windows completed by 1pm. The installers were polite and respectful of my property. My only complaint is that they constantly smoke while installing the windows.
