The experience was great from start to finish. This includes telephone conversations and planning and the folks that y’all sent out to do the work. We’re very client first oriented and professional thank you so much.

Everything was great. With the exception of one window not fitting. It was due to measurement fellow/factory/or crew. One window not right. They will be coming back to re-install correct window. Other than that, quick and efficient on install and clean up.

The 2 service guys came on time. Although I didn't get contacted 30 minutes before, like I was told. They were professional, although their English wasn't that good.

My wife and i had some problems during install day and the amount of time to fix these problems was fairly long. We had windows installed in May of this year. Yesterday we had a Tech visit to complete the problems. This was the fourth visit since our install date. The tech brought some felt for some of the windows where there were none on the screens, it was an inadequite width to fill the gap between window and screen. Also one of the sliders had a loose bottom piece on the sliding window which caused locking and closing difficulty, i ,the homeowner figured out the problem and showed the Tech what i had done after visualizing the rim under the loose piece that had to be snapped in place.

Best value, quality products and installation. I researched available options, obtained quotes from 4 vendors, and ultimately select Window Nation. I am very happy with the process and results. There was some minimal back and forth on final pricing, ask for what you feel is a logical cost. From initial consult, to final measurements, communication regarding production, meeting the timeline and quality of installation, the entire process went very smoothly.
If your project includes anything that may be atypical, review the final document to insure that it is clearly stated. In my case the installers made the adjustment on site, resulting in completely satisfactory results. The doors look fabulous, the windows are neat, smooth, and quiet.

The windows were delivered well before the estimated original timeframe. The installation was quick and easy and the crew were professional and helpful. They were understanding of the rotation needed to ensure our furbabies were comfortable and contained.

Everything was on time and completed with no issues. The windows look great! I can't wait to see how they affect my heating and cooling cost.

I was promised a seamless, mess-free window installation by professionals, with spotless, clear windows when they left. Instead, six workers who couldn’t communicate in English arrived, making it impossible to learn how to operate the windows. They rushed through the job without the proper 20-point checklist, leaving me with smeared windows and poorly finished frames around the half-rounds — a sight I find unacceptable. Despite my concerns, no one from Window Nation has come to inspect or fix these issues.

Adding frustration, they refuse to provide an itemized bill, claiming they can't disclose the individual prices of the windows I purchased. The salesperson spent three hours in my home, rushing me into a contract I couldn’t see clearly, especially the prices. I was told I’d receive an email with details, but it has yet to arrive. I feel like I’ve been scammed after spending a significant amount of money.

During the process, salespeople presented a lump sum for all the windows on an iPad, without breaking down the costs per window — a major red flag. I believe they owe me a detailed bill, need to come back to clean and properly fix my windows, and ensure every window is thoroughly inspected. Don’t trust their assurances — my experience has been far from honest or professional.

Great experience with Brian Martinez explaining the various options and answering my questions so I felt confident in the choices I made. Installation with Mauricio and his team was amazing. They were professional, efficient, friendly and organized. My home was treated with care and everything was cleaned well after everything was done. All questions I had along the way were answered quickly and thoroughly. The windows themselves are beautiful and exactly what I expected, no surprises! Thank you!
