From start to finish I was kept informed about the installation. The guys that installed them were friendly and efficient and did a great job and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. The window was installed perfectly! The installers were very efficient. I did have an issue with the locking mechanism & a repair person came promptly & everything is great!

I have a manufacturing defect in one of my windows, but I trust Window Nation to iron it out. Besides the lock that they are working on fixing, I am happy with my windows and the service they provided.
I am not upset about the window lock because it is fixable and the service guy Matt was very good at explaining what the problem was and how it was going to be fixed. It may take them a bit but I believe they will do right by me.

They were very unorganized and very disrespectful to my orders. The Sales person that came to talk to me was great, and the guys that put the windows in were great. It was the office people that were unorganized and didn't do what was asked.

Quality work
Quality work, clean up, El and Hector's work, customer service and sales. Only constructive feedback is that the final payment was confusing in adding the credit card fee. Didn't know it was already included when I initiated payment, but was able to cancel and restart. Also, could not find my project # on any documents.

We are happy with our new windows from Window Nation. After searching for the best installer, we were not disappointed with our choice. From removal of old windows to installation of new ones, they left my house free of any clutter each day and after the final day, we got new sparkling windows we are so pleased to have.
