It took 7 months
The windows were fine, the install crews were great. The measurements were off, calls from my husband were not returned. 1st install had half the windows - everything returned. 2nd install missing one window. 7 months later got the final window.

My window project is complete
My window project is finally complete! The service tech also checked in my casement windows and explained how change in weather affects the wood around them. I am grateful for his help and knowledge!

Nathan and Jordan were amazing
Nathan and Jordan were amazing. Not only were they super knowledgeable, kind, and professional...they also were super good with my dogs. I don't know if there is much that is more important than that. Those two dudes deserve a raise and a nice dinner. Fantastic Installation!
Time will tell on the overall durability of my new windows, but they certainly look and function very nice. I’m meticulous an do most of my own home improvements because I’m usually not impressed with the quality of work when I pay someone to do it. However, the installation of my new windows is perfect! I could not be happier…well done and thank you!

Still struggling with communication issues.
Their dispatcher said that they'd be here to correct their poor caulking between 8-10 the following morning. We received no phone call. I called the branch manager at 10 asking for ETA. They finally showed up 20 minutes later, and they corrected the poor caulking job from the previous trip. Screen not tight. They said two weeks for replacement. We received an email last week that shipment from factory is expected 11/13. Oops!

5 stars for installation crews. There were A LOT of hiccups with my window order (missing windows, broken windows) and I had 3 separate installations. The install crews were always on time, polite and did an amazing job!

Our experience has been excellent with the sales rep, follow up person that came out to measure and finally the installers. Everyone was professional as they took their time to answer questions and show sincere caring to give us efficient and top quality service. Our windows & new door look perfect and we had a hard rain 3 days after installation and no leaks. We highly recommend Windows Nation as they deliver high quality products done by meticulous installers.

Dan Beaudoin was our Design Consultant. He was very patient, personable and knowledgeable about the company products and services . Orlando and his team was the install crew. They were punctual, respectful of my home, inside and out. They paid very special attention to cleaning up their work area and it did not take them long to complete the project. Getting new windows
The workers did a great job. Got here and started working right a way taking out the old windows and putting the new ones in. Trimmed out around the windows and looked great
