The windows were fine but installers not so much

The windows were fine, the installers had to be watched every step of the way. They tried to use old broken trim on the outside, the inside window frame needed 5" trim and they installed 3" trim which would have necessitated a complete spackle job to the exposed unfinished sheetrock, then the sill was cut with a jagged edge. At that point I called Patrick to come over. He resolved it but it should have not had to come to that. The owner of the sub-contract company didn't show up once during the install.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, or if you feel that the work we performed for you was not to your satisfaction.

We have gone over all the issues you have stated, and it seems that we have addressed all your concerns. It is unfortunate that you feel that the job didn’t go as smoothly as expected but all issues were truly resolved.

We have passed on the issue you stated about the owner of the construction team who was not on site, and we will investigate that further.

We do want to again apologize that this wasn’t as smooth as a transition that you may have hoped for, but in the end, all issues were resolved.
