This company installed four double glazed windows
This company installed four double glazed windows. One of these installations included the main pane broken with a large, visible circular break as hit by a ball! The window was installed and would be replaced in situ. We have two dormer windows with triangular sections leading from the roof to the main window. These were left untouched, also one of the triangular windows was deliberately broken by a workman. We have no single glazed, triangular outer section on one side. I enclose photographs of this disastrous work. I would never recommend this company. I am paying another company to check this work, finish installing cover on the triangular sections. The outer metal work on one of the triangular sections was not one whole piece. A section was made up of three pieces cobbled together. My house is subject to horrendous gales during winter months, we have managed without this shoddy workmanship from a bad firm. My son is furious that a firm took advantage of his elderly mother, asking for money in advance, then disappearing without finishing.
